Everything was perfect

Absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. I've never stayed at a place that had such friendly staff that actually enjoyed what they were doing, it was so refreshing.

Inside the rooms, you can hear the people talking clearly on either side of you, there needs to be an improvement made on a sound barrier by the doors with adjoining rooms, my cousin who was in a different building had the same concern.

Friendly & welcoming staff from the gatehouse to the valet, bellman and housekeeping. Safe & secure gated property. Room- Casita- was ample and provided all amenities, as well as a gas fireplace and terrace. View of RED Rocks and Kachina Women directly off the terrace was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on premise were excellent. Chris at Trail House was awesome and friendly at 7AM in the morning. Spa was well appointed and staff was professional, courteous and well trained. Outdoor areas were beautiful.

The staff. One young girl in the spa was always so rude with a bad mood face, and at the end of the trip everything turned into a bad experience after I got a call from another rude lady requesting us to pay like if we didn’t want to. At the moment of check out we gave the card where we wanted us to be charged, but they were trying to the card we made the reservation which we requested not to use that card. After without our consent they charged the card we asked them not to, this lady called us and we gave her the right card and after she was able to charge us, she hung up on us. That was so unacceptable and I can't believe that's the staff they hired in such a beautiful resort.

Everything about the property was perfect, we loved the convenience of being walking distance to the trails, we loved the spa, the meditation area, pilates classes, the casitas with an amazing view.

Very peaceful beautiful resort. No need to leave. Spa is wonderful and hiking trails right off property. So nice to escape the downtown Sedona scene for pure bliss!

We loved everything!

Everything!! Beyond stunning location; the restaurants were amazing! We had a spa morning and had facials which were outstanding. We also loved our casita which was cosy and homey. We liked having a kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace and our view was fabulous! Also loved proximity to hiking trails which is why we were in Sedona.

I loved everything except soundproofing between the rooms. I stayed in Room 343 and it was like a type where we share the wall with the room next to us and there is a door between the two rooms where you cannot excess it. However, it was pretty loud since we were sharing the wall. There was 0 soundproofing. If you want privacy, you might have to ask the staff/concierege to either get you the room where the wall is not shared or something! We had a child and every night while staying there, we had to hear very inappropriated noises for the longest time so I could not go to sleep at all for 3 nights.. hahaha..awful :( I heard VERY INAPPROPRIATE noises throughout the night..and it was just too much.. I get it if it lasted for short time but come on..like 2-3times a night! I could not sleep and I had to make sure to turn on TV for my child with headphones even though he's too little to watch tv all night. I had no choice!

I was shocked with the whole view, surroundings, nature, and everything in this resort! I could not even keep my mouth shut because I was "WOWed" by everything that I saw! It was the best experience at Sedona, AZ! The drive was very easy from the airport in PHX as well even though it snowed all day when we arrived. I also loved Mii Amo Spa! I wish it allowed children to dine at Mii Amo because I really wanted to try their food! But other than that, it was by far the best trip in 2024!

The only details we found wanting were the pillows (huge neck breakers) and the covers (way to thin for winter).

Limited Parking at the clubhouse and the spa. You have to summon a golf cart to get around and that's not always pleasant in the cold and rain. Prices for all restaurants, resort sponsored activities, spa, etc. are outrageously expensive.

The Natural Beauty of the area. Nicely appointed spa and general amenities. Close to hiking.

Everything was perfect. Gorgeous location, the casita was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and so nice. Loved the sky light. Great splurge for a special occasion.

Checking in with the guard station when returning to the property. Would have preferred to have a sticker or marker on the car so we could just drive through without stopping each time.

The hotel was exceptional and located perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our casita was spacious and quiet with an excellent view of the red rocks. Enchantment has lots of little details - great coffee in the room, golf cart service to take you around the property and cozy beds and linen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The pool is under reconstruction at the moment so this area was closed, I guess hotels have to do this work at some time. There was a door in our room to the adjoining room, While I get this is a design feature of many hotels, additional soundproofing would be good here but it didn't affect our overall stay.

A breathtaking setting nestled down in a canyon, a 15-minute drive outside of Sedona. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and chaperoned from check-in to our room. The room itself was extremely well-appointed and luxurious. We opted to eat in the informal dining area and our meal was good value for money and very tasty. Our breakfast the next morning was really good too. I would advise getting up to see the sunrise in Sedona, it's one of the most special places in the world to do so.

It was a little pricey but worth it. It would be good to get a map of the facility to confirm the location of the unit being rented. Would prefer to have more pools available.

The setting was exceptional, the service was excellent and overall experience was outstanding. I will definitely make a return visit to this retreat.
