The water pressure in the shower head could be better.

The WorldMark Estes Park feels like a home away from home where you literally can do your own cooking, etc. No disturbances and staff is easy to reach and very helpful. The grounds are in beautiful surroundings which only heightens your feeling of relaxation.

There were checkout duties like taking out all the trash that were expected but I couldn’t find listed on the site, so that would have been nice to know

Game room and exercise room needs updating. Sound canceling.updated in unit Thought game room had a pool table but just 2 ping pong tables. Would have liked an opportunity to have a unit more private closer to the river side. The gentleman that checked us in didn't offer any options. We were right by the exit facing the street. and the parking lot. So couldn't comfortably enjoy the outside of the resort. Usually if you're checking in mid week you can sometimes have more options If your a bottom unit expect to hear the upstairs unit. We had 2 different guest changes while we're there. They don't realize they are making so much noise. All the feet traffic

Our place smelled pretty heavily of mildew. You got used to it once you were on there but every time you went out and came back in it hit you in the face. I’m sure the grounds was booked up otherwise I would have asked to be moved to a different space.

Amazing location for getting into Rocky Mountain National Park. Cute grounds with a little park and water running through. Loved the in room washer/dryer with complimentary laundry soap.

Everything was good, but the staff there didn’t know how to handle the Booking.com payment. They said this payment method is quite new to them. It took a while to check in.

i booked 2 twins in the second bedroom. i didnt get it, got the queen instead and i ended up on an air mattress on the floor as the sofa bed was typical😩...next time i'll only book a property on the phone.

the condo was very comfortable for a family of three, nice beds, nice bathrooms. kitchen was pretty well stocked to cook a thanksgiving meal.

Kitchen and living area much smaller than I have seen in other Worldmark/Wyndham properties; surprisingly small bathroom and no "closet" for what appears to be the "master bedroom"; the bigger bathroom was the other one--otherwise, completely accommodated everything we needed!

Love, love, love the location! Gorgeous area and elk hung out just outside our room for several hours--so awesome! Having several hot tubs on property was a great option, too.

we really didn't stay long enough to use the facility to the fullest so I can't comment too much on that. But the location is just 5 minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain, so it was a prefect location.

The place looked absolutely terrible on the inside. It looked like it needed to be updated. When I asked the staff about it they said that it had just been updated. Everything was old and dated. The hot tub didn’t work next to my unit. It looked great on the outside, but on the inside it look like low income housing.

It was a great location. I love the flowing river out back.

There were spiders in the bath tub and to our horror we found spiders on the bed where our 2 year old was sleeping. The management did nothing about this
