The location was great and in a safe neighborhood. Parking was included, which is a great value in Fort Lauderdale. The property was clean and well maintained. There is also a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay at the property again.

Little noise with guess talking a little loud and a dog barking- not bad just a minimum noise. A no no when a worker argument with others residents or co-workers. She was lout and screaming should not happen in the premises, keep it privite

I liked the entire set up, very comfortable and quant. Very friendly staff. Location is great, walking distance to a.plaza with a Target, Marshalls, Publix, TJ Maxx and much more. Great location. Room was clean comfortable and good price.

The place was clean but there was lots of dust/dirt on furniture, in closets, and in kitchen. All the cubbards we're messy and stuff just thrown in. Also, the blinds were broken and the kitchen window had nothing to create privacy. Now, I would say that the housekeeper may be doing what they think is right. My recommendation would to hire someone to come monthly to deep clean.

It was a great location, nice people, lots of room in unit, easy parking, good information written.

The fact the door opens outwards but that's literally the only thing I found inconvenient

The room was great! Had a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, small stove top with pots and pans, nice kitchenette sink and even a table to sit and eat at with a partner. The outside was very peaceful and clean. We were able to see the two iguanas in the trees and cute little geekos. Overall this was a great stay in a safe and convient location!! A must try stay!

Could have had a softer bed bit still not complaining! Also, the coffee wasn't very good, and the TV wasn't the greatest but overall, none of that bothered me much! I would still come back over and over if I could!

I loved the location, the tropical oasis feel outside, the washer/dryer access, the use of umbrella and chairs for the beach, the value but most important...THE OWNERS AND THE POOL🥰 Made this solo trip feel like a home away from home!

The confusion with the room size.

I booked through booking.com and thought I was getting a suite with a full kitchen and separate living area and bedroom. When I got there I was put in a much smaller room with a small kitchenet and no living room. My advice is to book with the owner direct and avoid any kind of confusion from booking.com.

what a beautiful place to stay. i was a little nervous since i was by myself but it was perfect. close enough to walk to the beach and close enough to do a little shopping. The room was perfect for just me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. it had everything I needed. the people that stayed there were so friendly and it was nice to gather each night just to chat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I absolutely loved my stay here.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Answered my questions before i could even ask them. The property is 5 minutes from the mall and 8 minutes from the beach if you walk fast enough. The location was great and safe. He keeps a clean area and the pool was clean. You cant beat it for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay The Casitas! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and Gary (whom I believe to be the owner) was a very pleasant man. My room was very clean and comfortable and nice and cool. The tenants were quite fun to chat with as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and I can’t think of anything else I could have needed. I would most definitely stay here again!

A few small things were not perfect, but I've stayed in hundreds of places all over the world, and nothing is ever perfect!

Close to the beach and many restaurants/shops. Helpful & friendly owner. Quick response maintenance staff even though it was only a minor issue. Quiet and comfortable. Well maintained property.

It was exactly as advertised. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Loved the terrace outside the rooms and spent a lot of time sitting reading there or chatting with other guests.
