The room was quite humid, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I mentioned it to the receptionist and he said nothing could be done about it.

It was beautiful and absolutely felt like a luxury experience. Loved the room, cafe, lobby and location.

There needs to be more desk staff at check-in time. The One guy was completely overwhelmed between the phones, people checking in and having to help a customer be relocated to a different hotel. He may think he can do it all by himself but he needs help, customers deserve more help. I am not unhappy with him, I am not complaining about him... More staff is needed.

Hotel is clean and pleasant. Room was very comfortable and adequate.

everything felt new and clean. check out at 12 is what we have always wanted. the shower was great, especially the refillable shampoo and conditioner bottles. the bed was comfy.

LOVED this hotel. It was new to me and it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor and positivity quotes along with exercise equipment, large rooms and beds were so comfy.

The warnings about added fees were a bit over abundant, but might be needed for those who aren’t familiar with travel.

I liked that the hotel offered a nice outdoor area.

When choosing where to stay we used the filters through booking .com for breakfast included and for a microwave. When we chose Even Hotel it said breakfast included but it was not included. You had to pay at their restaurant. Did not have a microwave in the room. You had to go to main lobby to use the microwave. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Walked the entire hallway looking for machine and couldn't find. It was in the corner beside the elevator but there are no signs to direct you. Ice machine on one floor wasn't working after finally finding location.

Made the decision to stay at this location because it was close to the hospital where my husband was having surgery. Room was very nice, clean,and comfortable. Had a walk in shower that made it easy for my husband the day after surgery. Hotel even had a wheelchair that we could use to get him to and from the room.

The trash and weeds outside the property.

The hotel staff was very kind. I loved that the bathroom had a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The rooms were very clean. However right outside the hotel was flithy. Trash everywhere as you pullin and major weeds amd over grown lawn. I know this may not be the hotels issue but think thy need to reach out with the property management company. Very unappealing to drive up the ramp and see that. Not a good impression.

Everything!!! I love the little quotes on the walls and how inviting the hotel was! The staff was very nice and my room was very spacious and clean. Loved all the fluffy pillows! You can't beat the location for it is close to so many places, mainly the Avalon. Definitely will visit again!

Ran into a glitch! Extra charges on my account. But I got management the next day and they worked diligently rectifying the problem and made good any inconvenience. The problem was turned around for my good. I was more impressed and would recommend this establishment.

To late for breakfast but had a muffin. Delicious! Staff extremely helpful.

The food options were minimal and so we ate breakfast elsewhere.

The Even Hotel was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was both large and had a very nice rain shower head. The location was also great!

I could not get the blue LED light around the bed to turn off. Remote would not work to turn this off. Did not get a restful nights sleep because of this issue. I did not call the front desk because it was nearly 1 am and we were dead tired

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was superior. Breakfast was fantastic.
