Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe opted out in the $25 breakfast. That seemed to pricey for breakfast. I do eat much. Didn't feel the need. With restaurants all around us and stores, it's much cheaper. Had to go to a different floor level for ice a couple of times. In our 2 day stay. The shower door did not completely stay closed. Front desk staff was polite and professional, mostly friendly and helpful. I ran into housekeeping a couple of times. They were quiet and kind of standoff-ish. It would have been nice to see a smile and a simple "hi," but sometimes people have off days. It could have been one of those days. She may have been trying to be overly polite and not be seen. Really appreciated the clean room and tipped the staff. They even had lysol wipes to be able to clean the yoga equipment in the room.
The flavored water with ginger, lime, lemon, etc. The yoga equipment is in rooms, and not a lot of kids in the pool. I could actually enjoy the hot tub. The wall of plants. Close to the surgical center shopping malls, eateries, and football stadium. Easy access to freeway. Parking. Having a little restaurant bar and a mini store. Even though we didn't use it. It was pricey for us.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast, like most places, did not have many non- pork meat options. The restaurant manager, I think Josh, was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Same goes for the front desk. Excellent staff!

CanadaNothing, really. If I am to be picky, the hot tub wasn't hot enough, and it was all I was looking forward to after a long day of driving.
Loved the pool and hot tub, and the addition of workout gear in the room. That was a really unique touch!

United States of AmericaThe only thing that was a little bit off, was the location itself. It seemed a little bit sketchy and creepy at night. When I let my dog out before going to sleep, I did notice some houseless/intoxicated people in the area. I also didn’t notice some stains on our sheets. We asked for fresh ones and we’re provide it with some. So easy fix.
Overall very clean and very fitness oriented. Didn’t know about the fitness part when I booked it, but I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come here again and bring my gym gear with me. I was traveling with my service dog and had no issues. Would definitely recommend! I love the fact that they had Clorox wipes in the rooms readily available. Please keep that going! It’s greatly appreciated!!

Very convenient location, easy parking, bed, linens, pillows, etc very comfortable and I loved having the workout items in the room.

United States of Americathere were workout mats, blocks and a ball in the room as well as a TRX setup. on the wall there were prices for using it all and the charges were crazy! for example, to use the exercise ball was $50 and the yoga mat $25. we found this tacky and obviously we would never pay that to use equipment in our room. there was no coffee in the lobby which we are accustomed to when we travel to this brand of hotels.
clean rooms and friendly staff. workout facility was excellent.

United States of AmericaThe parking spaces were too small, with super duty pickups taking up two compact spaces. We got to hear many of our neighbors. On the night of our arrival, both the bar and the restaurant closed early - we had sought out a hotel that would serve us late. The next day for breakfast, only one table was available to seat three people, and another group had it. We had to wait to eat because "they ran out of plates", Three days after checking out, I had to call to get my receipt, which was promised to have been emailed, but wasn't.
The rooms were spacious, and I appreciated the generous room in the shower. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the ping pong table. Spa water was a nice touch. Glad to have some nice snacks available. The front desk staff was excellent and friendly.

United States of AmericaThere was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like urine or a badly wrung out mop. I asked for them to mop and they did but that didn’t change the smell. I kind of think it was the shower curtain. It made us uncomfortable every time we used the bathroom because it was so strong but we weren’t able to smell it from the bedroom.
Loved the food, the staff was superb, the gym and ping pong area was great!

United States of AmericaThe little phrases and affirmations everywhere get to be a bit much; it reads like a middle aged woman's kitchen and living room with positive affirmations as decorations everywhere: "live," "love," "laugh,". The bed is/was comfy, and the "Sleep well; Dream Big" written across the headboard doesn't add to that comfy nature. It just makes one scoff and shake their head with the thought "Really?" playing in their head.
The rooms and facility are clean, and the little cafe has some good food choices; the workout equipment and yoga mat and materials are nice. I stretched and used the tension ropes/pulls before heading out for the day.
