Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Low staffing. Only one person working the entire lodge restaurant on a Saturday night made for long waits. Small black hairs in the shower when we arrived to the room made us wonder how clean the room really was.

Hotel seemed to run independently of the Park. We needed to ask specific questions to understand what events and attractions were available.

The room wasn’t soundproof, the carpet wasn’t clean enough (I found some nails on it), late check-in, early check-out, a little bit pricy.

They should have at least 1 person to help with the Spanish language when there are tourists who do not speak English, the room was good although the balcony was neglected, dirty chairs without light. We tried to stay 1 more day and we wanted to know the availability of the room the night before, but there was no interest on the part of the reception to help us. I booked 1 room with a pool view and balcony, but they gave us the first floor because we had a pet and never with a pool view (we were changed rooms twice) and I could see that 2 or 3 visitors were requesting a room change as well.
The facilities are comfortable for walking and relaxing, they accept pets and are close to the mountains.

Parts of the hotel needed updating. The jacuzzi by the indoor pool was empty and a safety hazard.

I was a little upset with how dirty the balcony was. There were a lot of spider webs and rust stains. I also didn't like that the website says it is free parking but you have to pay $20 to get into the park. Thankfully we got a guest parking pass and that made it $20 for parking for the whole weekend but that fee was not advertised. I really wish the balcony was cleaner.
I liked how friendly the staff was and the view from the balcony. The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size.

I was told I would have a microwave in my room but there wasn’t one. But it was one in the lobbies coffee shop so that worked.
Clean,Comfortable and Great Service. Indoor and outdoor pool Work out room bar with pool tables and TV Tavern, plus A very nice restaurant

The rooms were too far apart especially for my mom who's birthday we were celebrating. I didn't like that the birthday menu in the Waterside Restaurant was the exact same one we had eaten from the night before in the Common Restaurant.
I love the staff all staff in the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping was all wonderful and very helpful.

I didn’t like that I had to pay $20 to get into the resort. I think that should be added to the site that it’s a national park and they require a fee to get to the resort.
I liked how peaceful it was and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well!

Lacking food options and wait staff very slow. The staff were very nice but incredibly slow and takes a very long time to get food.

We weren't aware that the hotel offered shuttle service to stone mountain park. Nor of the restaurant there in the hotel until the last day. Although is fall, visually some areas needed attention. Most lodging places will have I formation related to the hotel and near by attractions in the room or offered upon arrival.. So be prepared to browse the Internet.
The hotel was nestled in an awesome location. The Christmas theme was there in lobby. My double queen room was very spacious. My granddaughter and I enjoyed our room.
