To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The other one the master bedroom the shower water didn’t go down fast, once we walked in it smelled like cigarettes and the kitchen above the stove was not working. The sofa was a futon and it needs some throw pillows to make it more comfortable Building was cold hallway and elevators

I like the size of the Hotel apartment and the location the huge windows and the kitchen was well supplied.

United States of AmericaPLEASE sit on tge sofa and sleep in the bed.sofa is so low and SO u co.fortable you don't want to spend time there. Bed was super soft w a valley in the center. No sleep. Bathroom sink...when yiu bend to brush your teeth medicine cabinet hits your head...maybe recess it? The bed and sofa rated a 1 in a 1 to 10. But, loved the value, cleanliness, staff and location. It's a shame you can't clean up the look of the wi dows across the courtyard..we were 237...they had broken blinds, just looked bad. Not sure it's part of your hotel under reno or what. You have an awesome concept.

CanadaPerhaps a staff member could be at the site a little longer. I had no problems getting into the unit with the excellent information I was given. I am not used to checking into my place with codes but it turned out well. The person who I texted on the phone with was very friendly.
I looked for the unit at night and it was my first time in the area so I got a little lost. I was initially worried that the unit was in a rough area but it turned out OK. I would definitely come back. The unit was close to the gym I used to run on a treadmill and after checkout I enjoyed my walk to the Rocky statue and beautiful park

United States of AmericaI saw a couple of bugs near the sink in the bathroom and was concerned that there might be bedbugs. Didn't think to try and capture them, but didn't look them when I looked on line. Was attending conference at Philly convention center and was a longer walk than I would have liked, but not your fault.
There was no breakfast. The keurig coffee maker didn't work. There was no clock in the room, which would have been helpful. There was no convenient place (e.g. a desk) that I could put electronics and plug into an outlet. Staff texted me each day to see if everything was OK , and responded as appropriate, even though couldn't get me a Keurig that worked. Excellent.
