You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked how at home I felt. Had everything I needed compared to a hotel that only has a microwave. The oven was great. The fridge was great.

United States of AmericaThe key fob only worked on the front gate, and was a bit tricky when locking and unlocking apartment door. Although this was probably operator error, I struggled several times with this. And while there were coffee maker and dishwasher provided, I was surprised to have to provide my own coffee filters and dish soap.
Great location, apartment was spotless, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow for a first time vrbo user. Overall, it was a convenient and relaxing experience.

United States of AmericaWalls felt very thin, as sometimes the people in the room across from us sounded like they were in our room, which scared us a little, but nothing that will bother your stay.
Convenient place to stay. Offers more than most hotels could provide. When we arrived, the room was very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, wish made things much easier.

Dont stay totally not organized cleaning people did not put the key in the lock box I cannot believe this happened to me the very first day I showed up I've been here for 4 days now and didn't even send the lock code until after 5:00

United States of AmericaMISADVERTISED. Said there was a “sofa bed” in the living room which turned out to be a tiny loveseat. One of my guests was uncomfortable the entire stay. Also didn’t disclose the $150 pet fee until AFTER I booked the (nonrefundable) unit. And there was dog poop everywhere outside. One night there was a homeless woman in the hallway of the building (thats supposed to be locked) just screaming and yelling about who knows what.
The only thing I liked about this place was the location.

United States of AmericaTowels were not clean, Corridors are unfinished and dreary. Only two elevators in this huge building and so you have to go through many doors and locks to get to the apartment. Noisy neighbors esp on a Sat night. No instructions on where to find the lock box upon arrival. We found it by chance. Only 1 key per apartment. We had two apartments and unfortunately they were at opposite ends of the building on different floors, so to get to our kids, we had to go through 6 doors on the way to the other appt with the one key. We were given a key to our apartment but it did not work. The instructions for the electronic lock were also incorrect. We had to contact the host to get the correct code to get in. Was a frustrating process but luckily he responded quickly even though it was 11pm.
Beds were good and place is new and clean, Washer and dryer were great. Host was quick to respond when we had difficulty getting into the apartment.

The WiFi was strong enough for my ps4 and the couch was a great place to sit. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which made life 100% easier.
