Good morning, As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our leisure travel at your hotel. The rooms were perfect for a family of five, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The staff was amiable and helpful, particularly the Spanish lady at the reception, who provided quality service. While our stay was enjoyable, we couldn't help but notice that the hotel, particularly the toilets, could benefit from some refurbishment. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. My room was bigger than I expected. Would definitely recommend staying at the Eurostars!

The bedroom was a bit small with the queen size bed There was not much choice in breakfast for a vegetarian as the dining staff were not sure if the breads were eggless.

The staff was very helpful, especially Laura. She gave me helpful tips about travelling and walking towards notable sights.

The room was large for the area and had three beds. The location was quite and safe.

Very large room in a great location with very nice staff. Close to restaurants, grocery, and trains. Low-key, staff is easy to deal with. Rooms are very spacious.

Bathtub has some rust

Quiet neighborhood as well as the hotel, perfect for people who don’t like crowds. Hotel is 20 minute walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and 20 minutes away from Manhattan which is accessible through the Subway station. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Front desk lady was so sweet even help us with our luggage as we were carrying it out of the hotel.

The TV was difficult to use and there weren't many available channels.

Internet based TV was very hard to undertand and to get it to work reliably and the air conditoning wasn't working in my bedroom though rest of the rooms were fine. Would have been nice to have some cutlery and plates in the kitchen - I had to supply my own. The hallways (carpets etc.) could do with an upgrade.

I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a suite on the 7th floor - really appreciated having the extra room (more than I have ever had in my frequent visits to NYC). Area was very quiet even though just around the corner from Wall Street. Laura on the Reception was very pleasant and helpful.

The wrong room was originally prepared upon my arrival and it took about 20-25 minutes for the correct room to be prepared.

I didn't like that the doors of the rooms. They were very old and you couldn't really feel 'safe' in a way.

Room was spacious and had an additional kitchen. Toilet was good and had a bath. Hotel's location was really great, 10-15minutes walk from metro. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful and willing to help
