Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sofa bed was broken. Lobby is small.
Super location, comfortable spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. 5 mins walk from Seaport District and the heart of Wall Street. Early morning walks on the East River Esplanade within 2 mins. Brooklyn Bridge very close too.

Business center is just a small desk in a hallway. It would be nice to be in a private room. Decor is also minimal, so if you are looking for a lot of frills this is not your spot.
The cleaning/maintenance and front desk staff are absolutely amazing! A great deal, and with South Street seaport nearby, I'd highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want to stay in the busiest part of town (very quiet along Wall St.) Clean nice stay, had everything I needed for a pleasant stay and I didn't feel ripped off by the room rate! Check it out.

If you're driving there, be prepared to pay 60 USD daily parking. Metered parking is available but for limited hours.
Great location. 10 mins drive from Holland bridge. 4 mins walk from Wall St subway. 12 mins walk to Brooklyn Bridge. Nice and clean apartment with 2 beds and pull out sofa. W/ kitchenette and newly furnished bathroom. Came across 4 different persons at the front desk. All of them were courteous and helpful.

The room is a little outdated and the bathtub needs a full shower door. There was only half glass and the water comes out of the tub even if you aim the shower head away. Could have used a chair there was a lot of empty space in the room no couch or chairs, but would’ve fit if they had more furniture. The coffee machine required a particular packet it operated with some kind of pouch that wasn’t supplied. A typical basic coffee machine would be best so the customers can at least make a cup of coffee in the AM. In the least it is clean and was quiet and the staff was polite. Location is great esp if you are going to visit your 1st time, this is a great hotel to stay at.

WiFi wasn’t that great the tv would lose internet connection and in the kitchen floors weren’t even clean.
I liked the bed very comfortable. Just wish they would come clean more often.

Wifi connection in our room wasn't always there but granted our room was quite in the back so I don't think anyone else will have the same experience.
Rooms are very big and really nice, beds were great and comfortable. The location was great! You are right on wall street, walking only 5 streets will bring you to one wtc and 911 museum. Hotel staff was amazing and really helpful. We had a great time! :D

hotel is lightly old-fashion, in common space. breakfast is acceptable, but basic,standard. check-in contact was a bit rude. the person becomes nervous, when you dont follow quickly his language!! was ok, afterwards. breakfast 19$ plus tax.
big room. very quiet after office activity. immediate access to ferries, 7min walk. nice place to walk closed to the river. four subway lines available near wall street, red, blue, green, yellow, for quick travel to centrum. wtc, 9/11, max 10 min walk. fridge, microwave, coffie mach, tv, in rhe room.

Nothing. Maybe the heater was too loud and the room could have been cleaner.
The room was large and also really warm. The bed was really comfortable. The room has also all the amenities you may need. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and subway station.

the room was cold, even with the heat turned on. the trash cans are so tiny you can hardly put anything in them. didn’t take a shower but noticed there are no hooks to hang anything up.
