The was feces on the toilet when we checked in! Luckily I had gloves and cleaner with me. I had to clean it. There was stuff in the sink.

I had to ask for a hair dryer, a coffee pot and an ice bucket. Not enough plugs available to plug in all my electronics to charge. Tiny, outdated microwave that barely worked.

It was very close to where we were visiting so the commute was great.

The only complaint which prevented a higher rating was a musty smell throughout the room #(132) .

Location, proper hospitality etiquette, beds, rates for the type and style of room. Staff display of respect and amenities available for patrons. As well as language barrier between guest and staff.

The beds had clean bedding however they needed deep cleaned. The pillows where completely flat. The cleaning staff didn't knock/ announce before entering the room. Accused of having a dog in our room however we didn't. The location was far from the stores other then 1 gas station which was to high priced.

The location.As soon as I was going upstairs,I could smell pot .The mirror wasn't even clean and it smelled moldy.Tgere was a sticky substance on the carpet, Near my bed.

It's not easy to access. Exterior is still a bit dingy.

They've replaced the floors with hard floors which is nice because when I stayed here several years ago the carpets were not in very good shape and a bit smelly. I got a double room which was quite large.

Roaches. lots & lots of roaches if you are on the bottom floors. The guy at front desk was rude. place isn't clean at all.

The guy at front desk had a rudeness and lobby was so outdated and just dirty looking and had an old musty smell that even when i walked outside I had the smell on my clothes.The deadbolt lock wasn't working to room,it was very loose along with smoke alarm messed up.There was a used toilet paper roll in bathroom.The air-conditioning didn't seem to be working well,seemed warm in room along with dirty filters.The bathroom air vent was very dirty.Also the refrigerator wasn't working @ all.Shower curtain had alot of mildew on it so it looked like it hadn't been changed in a very long time.Room had an old musty smell that I had to go buy air freshener to spray around.

Price was ok,location was only 3 miles of our destination of Munster House Mansion.

it didn’t feel very clean. the bed sheets had stains on them, the carpet was dingy, the lamps barely worked and the lampshades were stained and dirty. the desk chair was broken, and there was one side table for two beds that were rather far apart. the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

the location is good and they do keep up the grounds. I’m glad they had refrigerators in the rooms and it was quiet.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The linens, floor, tables, and bathroom were disgusting. They moved us to a second room that was clean, but the bathroom door would not close.

The price was exceptional. The location is close to Scarborough Faire. The staff were friendly and quick to help.

It wasn't terrible but I still had to go over every room we stayed in and clean it before settling in. The air filters were always dirty nasty covered in God knows what, so I cleaned them to. I sleep in my own covers so I can't say much about that other than I'm OK. I'm still alive and well. Other than that it was clean. Really! No lies. Oh wait the toilets kept backing up but they were so kind as to leave or let us a plunger. But otherwise, it was great!

Good manors, very attentive and accurately with no beat around the bush yet friendly likeable hospitality. Whatever exactly all that means to anyone else it stands true and I really like the say for affordable convince with a great staff so far. I'd recommend it to anyone.
