Room was small but standard for NYC. Our second booking, however, was a suite where the extra space was greatly appreciated!

Staff were very friendly and hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to a lot of attractions and 5 mins walk from a subway station

It’s expensive but that’s not the hotel’s fault - it’s in the middle of Manhattan!

Great location - we could literally see the Empire State Building from the window. Staff were very friendly, it was a relaxed atmosphere, everything spic and span. Really nice shower and high quality toiletries.

Nikko, the staff member I was in contact with via email, was particularly impressive. He promptly addressed all of my requests and questions prior to arrival, making sure every detail was taken care of. This level of personalized service set the tone for the rest of my stay. -->Convenient Central Location As a first-time visitor to New York City, I found the hotel's location to be ideal. It was situated in a central area, within walking distance or a short subway ride to many of the city's top attractions. This allowed me to make the most of my limited time and explore the city with ease. -->Inviting Lobby with Thoughtful Amenities The hotel's lobby was a true highlight. With its cozy fireplace, it provided a warm and welcoming space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The complimentary evening beverages and morning coffee service, complete with to-go cups, were an added bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable. We had no problems.

We love the kindness, friendless, and the customer service . Especially Mr. Nikko was helpful to us from beginning to end on our honeymoon. To make our special day wonderful. It was wine in our room and beautiful robes and slippers. Every staff member was wonderful and helpful in answering our questions. Breakfast was good.

The room was a bit small for 3 people and the view not great.

Room was clean and had all the necessary. Position is perfect, 5 mins walking to Bryant Park and also walking distance from 5th Av and Time Square. I would say you get a lot of the attraction without even getting the metro. Staff was very nice, they advised us on the way back to the airport by suggesting a taxi which was very good as we saved money and time.

Maid service were only done if we requested, all days I got to the hotel after 5:00PM and the room was not cleaned and beds not made and towels not replaced.

The bathroom sliding door was heavy, unwieldy and difficult to move. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Excellent location for exploring all the sights of NYC. Within walking distance of Fifth Avenue shopping, The Empire State Building, The Rockefeller Centre, Times Square, and Broadway. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Lovely restaurant onsite - Trademark Bar and Kitchen - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to a variety of great restaurants and shops. Quiet at night.

excellent breakfast to set you up for the days sightseeing. the restaurant plays some great music. hotel location couldnt be better. penn subway station is a couple of blocks away.

Very nice staff, especially Nikko, front office manager. Nice restaurant belonging to the hotel. Very comfy beds, room very clean. Nice bathroom.

Location!!! Suit rooms clean and matress was comfortable 👌 Staffs were kindly. The bathroom is spacious , amenities nice.
