Room lacked linens. Furniture looked like yardsale items. No coffee maker or any glasses. Lobby was cluttered with items for sale so i had a hard time reaching the counter to check in.

Good location but a bit noisy with traffic and a train nearby.

I went into the room to see an empty bed with linens on the table after a long drive I made up my bed to take a nap I was not comfortable enough to even stay the entire night I grabbed my bad to see there was still a condom wrapper on floor.

The staff at the desk was very rude and tried to play me with a room I didn't pay for. Their policy posted in the office is you have to pay $20 per night for an extra guest which is not listed in the booking.com policy then the first room she gave me looked like a hoe house. IDK who she thought I was but I'm not that type of female and it was a double bed. When I returned to the office to let her know that's not what I paid for, she got extra rude! Another staff member came out to the front because she heard her fussing because I was not satisfied with the room. The new staff proceeded to help me to get the room I paid for which was a King bedroom. Got to the next room and they had hand towels as towels to dry off with, no trash can in the room at all, no hand soap to was your hands😲, and the refrigerator made a loud noise in the middle of the night🤦🏾‍♀️. The mattress even had plastic on it. Will I stay again maybe because of the convenience of the room and the fact they have smoking rooms only!!!

The bed size, the smoking room, and the location was the main thing I liked about this property.

The real question is, what did I like? NOTHING!!! I paid for 2 nights and was refused service. Why in the hell wasn't I giving my money back or relocated?

Like you actually give a dam. I was wronged in every way. I was accused of having a dog in the room and personal tried to intimated me and my girlfriend on every level. They even accused her of taking pillows and said they had it on camera. When I asked them to see the camera footage they threatened to call the police. My response to that was, please do!. There was never a dog in the room and we work hard enough to buy as many pillows as we need or want.

i am requesting my money back into my bank account immediately. the entire place is a sham and you should not be listing this as places to stay. when we arrived, she said said she didnt think we had a reservation, and would have to see if they had a room for us . as she was gone for at least 5 mins, we observed the plastic barrier between us was more than disgustingly dirt, photo attached, there were NO OTHER CARS PARKED outside any of the rooms. i dont believe there were ANY rooms available. it was a very difficult place to find, we had to stop and ask a gas station for directions, as WAZE could not find it….a young man there said you could only get thru to it by using his gas station. he said “lady, i think you have been scammed”. no one stays there, and IF you could, you would NOT WANT TO STAY THERE…. they took the payment out of my account and i want it replaced. this place should not be advertised on your website.
