Pretty much everything. We booked it because the location and price seemed decent, and breakfast was included. But the room was dirty, paint was peeling and was in general disrepair. Used the pull out couch and found trash behind it. There was a cockroach in the room. Trash throughout the parking lot. Saw a prostitute going into one of the rooms. The breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast but watered down coffee and packets of oatmeal. Luckily our stay was short.

I had to clean the handle and door of the refrigerator with soap and towel as the cleaning crew did not. I also had to clean around the floor area of the toilet.

Regarding the aspects I did not like about the property, frankly, I was disappointed with nearly everything. The public areas were poorly maintained, with trash scattered everywhere. The rooms had an unpleasant odor and were poorly cleaned, with signs of mold in the bathrooms. The beds, kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and sofa were all in poor condition, which was a stark contrast to the photos shown at the time of booking—it felt like a huge misrepresentation. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful; for clean towels, I had to go to the lobby and exchange them myself, which was inconvenient as it seemed like they suspected guests might steal them. The breakfast was also disappointing, not only due to its poor quality and the cramped space in the lobby but because it was poorly stocked. Despite arriving during the breakfast hours, there was nothing left on the last few days, which was frustrating for me and other guests.

Regarding what I liked about the property, I must be honest and say that, unfortunately, I didn’t find aspects that truly stood out or met my expectations. I always strive to see the positive in every experience, but in this case, there were no notable elements.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Pans, coffee maker and spatulas can be asked for to the staff. My kids love the pool and the hot tub!! 😁

Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as cigarette burns on the coffee table. After walking barefoot I noticed the floors had dirt or crumbs everywhere. The free breakfast was only coffee and packs of instant oatmeal.

Checked in late with family along with two kids. The room was supposed to have 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us but it had only one bed. Checked with the front desk and they said they were fully booked and that is the only room they had. We checked in and went into the room and it smelled awful full of smoke and pot. Went backed to the front desk and requested a cleaner room but the lady at the front desk said she was helpless and cannot do anything and said we have to spend the night in that room. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room that smelled bad with two kids and decided to move out and look for a better option. Went back to the front desk and asked the lady if she could give us a refund since the room was not good and also there were not enough beds for all of us but she rejected. Finally she took my phone number and email and mentioned that the manager will call me next day to discuss about my situation. I did not receive a call nor an email. I lost my money booking this hotel and ended up looking for another hotel at 11 pm in the night with two little kids.

Nothing in the hotel matches our expectation. The room smelled awful even though it mentioned that it is a non smoking property. Not friendly staff. Even though it said it is a non smoking property it is not . Rooms smell bad. The front desk staff confirmed that they cannot enforce non smoking policy and it is what it is.

The rooms were not very clean. I found the remote control in the couch along with crumbs and other garbage. The couch was worn out. the doors had been repaired multiple times, and still did not function or latch properly. There were long term tenants drinking, and smoking all around the property. One was banging a trash can on the railings. The lack of safety alone at this property would make me never stay here again.

The rooms. Horrible - A mess. The first room had hair all over the place including pubic hair all over the tub. Dried food on the stove and counter. Overall, disgusting.

When we got to the room it was very nice with refrigerator and a stove. When we started to check out the bedroom floor was dirty like if no-one had sweep in the bathroom the toilet had pee stains the remote control for the TV wasn’t working there was a leak under the bathroom sink We still stayed since we were so tired. The lady in front decides to call me to see if we were good I’m like oh that’s nice she’s checking on us NOPE wrong I start telling her oh we the TV remote doesn’t work and…she stopped me and tells me oh well I’m calling for a noise complaint I’m like what….yes it seems that the people under you said it sounds like you are playing bowling ball….I’m like no it could be recliners that makes noise every time we get up or the door that doesn’t close softly you have to really shut the door…so she said ok well just be mindful of others…lol So at check in the morning we want to take a shower and of course no hot water I’m like thats it lets get out if hear and return the keys and make a complaint of all the things. Well I did and seems like she didn’t care the same nice lady up in the front…..I wish I had pics darn it.
