Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast choice. The funky smell when you entered the room - which we think came from the air-conditioning unit which was very noisy and not conducive to sleep.
The location was good. The breakfast was very limited and did not cater for decaf coffee drinkers and the Hot Breakfast consisted on make your own porridge.

Not sure why the AC does not work on the floor. It keeps each floor very hot and smelly. Please work on that please and thank you.

You need to ask for everything at the reception, the kitchen is empty. Very basic breakfast.
Hard floor everywhere, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and room clean. No issues at all.

The fact that someone unlocked door when I asked “Can I help you with something?.” No one responded. It was around around 8am, asked the front desk about it they said it wasn’t the staff because they don’t come in to clean until 9am. Also noticed many of the people seemed to be wearing ankle monitors.
It was very clean and the room was very nice.

Beds were a little too soft for my liking, but great location, quiet area, and close to everything. Can walk to Dunkin Donuts and Race Track for little things if needed and right by Chuck E Cheesee if you have kids.
Great Staff! Stephanie with the front desk staff was amazing. Included breakfast was a grab and go, so not a "full" breakfast, but was really good and coffee was available all day. Hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was very attentive.

There was a problem with the elevator and it dropped while my son and I were in it. We both lost our balance but didn't fall. The doors were then unable to be opened. I pushed the alarm and called using the phone in the elevator. I reported it right away and asked several times throughout the day but no one had reported it to be looked at. I was then told the next day that this was normal since there is only 1 elevator and many people using it that it was just "resetting'. There should be a warning about the elevator to everyone. My son and I did not use the elevator the rest of our visit.
The hotel was clean and for the most part the front desk employees were great and helpful.

One of the front desks receptionist was very unprofessional.

The room was small. Everything is an up charge. No coffee in the room, staff would not provide extra pillows - claimed there were none. Could only get coffee/tea during morning hours. Also no blow dryer in the room - had to send my husband down as they would not bring it upstairs.

As usual the breakfast was horrible, after breakfast you couldn't get a cup of coffee, no condiments, no cups, no smoking allowed, but the lobby was so funky from smoking in front and rear of hotel. The cost was too high for that hotel. Will never stay there ever again.

Nothing was a deal breaker.
