Uncomfortable mattress

House keeping very rude. A lady was in the hallway crying asking for help. House keeping acted as if they didn’t care. Couldn’t get sleep due to house keeping cleaning a room and slamming the door. When it was brought to her attention she blamed it on a guest. Was mad because my husband ask for a clean wash cloth due to the wash cloth having hair on it. Wouldn’t expect to get treated like that not being from Indianapolis.

The heater/AC unit was so loud! it screamed every few minutes for several minutes. I understand it was working because it was cold, but it was really loud.

By far, the best part was the gentleman at the front desk, Nick. He was outside, in a freezing blizzard, salting the sidewalk when I came to check in. He saw me, smiled, & told me he’d be right in. Nick came in smiling & was the most pleasant person I encountered that day. Nick answered all of my questions, set me up, and got me in. This guy was a treat to meet & talk to after a long day, both at work & in the midst of a freezing blizzard. Thank you, Nick, for making me feel welcome & at home!

Hotel was old and in the beginning stages of disrepair. Room had not been cleaned!!!! Bed was not made and I slept on top of covers because of that. Bathroom sink was clogged. When I complained I was told it would be a charge for full service cleaning!!!! And there were no rooms available for me to switch to. Not a good experience at all.

I checked in after hours (approximately 10:45 pm). I had called ahead to inform the hotel desk that I would be late in arriving and was told to use the wall phone and dial "0" and someone would check me in. As directed, I used the wall phone to call someone to check me in. There was no answer so my call went to a central number who advised me they would reach someone. Approximately 5 minutes later, someone checked me in and gave me a room key to a second floor room. Upon reaching the room, the room key did not work. I had to leave my wife and luggage at the room door while I returned to first floor to get the key activated. Of course no one was there so I had to use the wall phone, again, to reach someone for help. Again, no one answered and my call went to a central number. The person who answered said they would reach someone. Eventually, the same person who checked me in came and re-issued me a room key. Finally after entering the room, my wife and I were astonished. The room looked like a "flop house" room. There was only a top sheet on the bed, no blanket, no pillow cases and the top sheet that was on the bed was wrinkled and stained, as if it had been slept on for several nights. Additionally, there were no towels, wash cloths, or soap. Using the room phone, I reached the person who had checked me in and explained to her what I just told you. She said to come down and she would give me towels and bedding. Other hotels bring bring the items to the room but I did as instructed. When I returned to my room with the bedding, my wife and I realized there was a top sheet, a blanket. and two towels. No bottom sheet, no pillow cases, no wash cloths, no soap. Compounding this nightmare was the fact that the bathroom sink did not drain at all. Thankfully, the sink next to the refrigerator did work properly. All hotels in the area were filled (eclipse) so no rooms available at another hotel. If so, I would not have stayed.

Breakfast ok. Everything clean stocked with goodies to eat. This place is very clean. I love to stay here however, the beds need better mattress. Hurt my back and I did hear other ppl complain about back hurting. Ty.

The beds sucked it smelled and when we got there to check in after reserving it 4 days in advanced they said they didn’t have any rooms and then after finding a room to rent to us it was well if you don’t want to pay the upcharge then you can find somewhere else to stay would not recommend this place at all

Everything. My husband & I arrived around 1am and our room had already been paid for and when we walked in nobody was at the front check in desk and it said to call a number for help. We did and the guy said that they canceled out room due to no show. Our room was already paid for so didn't know you were only allowed to check in during certain hours????? This was absolutely wrong. We had to drive around and try to find another hotel because of this. When we visit greenwood we always stayed at this hotel, but not anymore and we will let everyone we know not to stay here as well.

that booking let me book a hotel, that was over booked so i didnt get to stay there need my refund, i got there waited for 30+ plus minutes waiting for the front dest person, to say theres no rooms available. after i booked the last one, so i tried waiving the cancel fee. it didnt work, need contacted asap.

Ideal location as driving through Indianapolis

The first room we were given already had someone staying in it. The facility was not clean nor organized.

When I got to the hotel they did not have a room available. I had to find a different place to stay. Ended up costing me 200.00 more. Front counter assistant apologized and said they contacted booking.com so you could inform me before I arrived. Obviously I never received any information on this. Very poor service from you. Don’t know that I will ever try using your services again.

The pillows were dirty the bed was small the rooms were also not clean. The hotel smelled and we came in around 11 and we had to call someone to check us in.
