There was lots of stomping, running and jumping In the room upstairs, dog barking and wining next door. I was very uncomfortable with the noise up above me. I smelled an odor of drugs in the facility. Staff was not in place when I tried to make a complaint. Price wad to high for what I experienced. I will not return to this hotel to do business. I am a pastor, environment was not good.

Apparently this Extended Stay is NOT the same as the others we have stayed in. The rooms are pretty low rent for the cost. 2 Cheap plastic/metal chairs for seating for a family of 4. Mattresses are extremely stiff/firm. While the room is equipped with a kitchenette, the hotel (unlike all the others we have stayed at for less money including 2 in Orlando) does not loan out cooking utensils or dishes of any kind. You are required to purchase them. The entire building past the locked entry door smelled of marijuana. While the front desk clerk was pleasant and informative, she didn’t look very happy to be here. I get it, we aren’t either at this point. I cannot recommend this hotel to others that are used to a much better and more affordable experience from Extended Stay America.

The room was very small. The entrance to get in and out is very limited on space. It's like a little hallway and if too many people are in there then it's hard to get to where you need to go. Also,the bed was small.

It was close to where we'd be the next day and a place to take a shower and lay our heads. The room was pretty clean. It had a kitchen. It's like a little one bedroom apartment.

the last room that I rent smell horrible of type of some smoke then I don't normally know or smell of in the days time of my life I slept in my mask the first two nights we stay other than that I love my stay there I love the people the staff was great blessings 🙏 ..

Large groups of people hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. Fight at the entrance of the lobby. Didn’t even get out of my vehicle. Too dangerous a place to stay. Felt very unsafe.

The place is a dump. Questionable people hanging around and they tried to put us on the 3rd floor and I am handicapped. We got our money back and left . I’ll never patronize that place again.

The elevator ate my earbud, lol and I never got it back, it still connected to my phone for almost 3 weeks everytime I got in the elevator 😅 great battery!

My husband and I just moved from the fl keys and our airbnb we had reserved had issues which led to us staying at Extended Stay Ocala for just under 3 months. We felt at home though bc the staff and other people staying there were pretty awesome people. We were there thru Dec 15th-March 3rd. Its kinda like a big apartment complex. They just updated the TV, and internet while we were there. But its a nice little place. Good people that I actually miss!

First off the place stunk, the hallways, the stairwell… The elevator was broken along with the vending machine. The laundry room was nasty. The only time I saw a maid was when they were all out front when I was checking in and one of them was yelling and cussing about another member of the cleaning crew. I guess they all quit that day because I didn’t see them again for the duration of our stay. The rooms floor was sticky, mold in the bathroom and inside the refrigerator was at least five kinds of different hair off of gosh knows what part of the body. I normally love these hotels but this one, I wouldn’t stay in again if someone paid me.
