Breakfast was sparse and "pre-packaged" foods - yogurt, muffins and instant oatmeal. No fresh fruit or other egg/meat/waffle options. Not ideal for today's health-conscious travelers.

Not enough seating in small breakfast area, only 3 or 4 stools, actually it is more set up for grab and go. No coffee available in rooms, must go down to breakfast area. Cleaner smell in lobby area was too strong scented, would prefer a neutral. $100 per room deposit extra on check-in, is refunded back on check, out but is tedious process .

Breakfast at least had basic essentials, coffee, yoghurt , breakfast bars, boiled packaged eggs . Both rooms with king size bed were spacious, had full size fridge etc. kitchenette . Bed was comfortable.

No keys - have to ask the staff at reception to open the door every single time I left my prescription reading glasses in the room, called the next day but the staff at reception said it’s not there. I asked him to check with the staff who cleaned the room, he said to call me back but he didn’t. I don’t get it why would people keep others personal stuff that is useless to them.

They did not even take the trash out of the room. That was probably expected, or part of the deal, but it surprised me and is a slight inconvenience, if you stay here for leisure. But that is the only bad thing I can say, and as said: That is probably expected, and I just over read it.

I had a room with a lot of space, everything was clean and in good condition. Kitchen equipment has to be requested at the reception, but that is no problem at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great price value ratio!

Microwave not working properly. Heating not working. Very basic for £135.00. Had to ask for all the kitchen stuff. Not even a cup was put out.

There is a grab n go breakfast, and no amenities like a pool or gym. Would have love an actual sit down restaurant.

It was close to Kennedy space center where we had visited that day as well as walking distance to a steak house and an ihop.

I used the gym most mornings and saw the same dirty towels and water bottles. I don't think it had been cleaned. Also there should be sanitizer and wipes clearly available there for certain.

Convenience of the suite/kitchen for a longer stay. The staff members were exceptional. Gemel and Matthew helped us with our needs and were concerned with our comfort and satisfaction.

Breakfast, is free of charge but you are standing and you have a muffin, yogurt and a coffee or a tea. Good and sufficient for a quick stay but there is no breakfast room.

There was just a few places, like the elevator, that could stand to be cleaned better or more often. Otherwise, a great hotel choice.

Tiffany at front desk was amazing helping out with a big smile . Hotel was overbooked which resulted in check in delays and inconveniences. Tiffany personally got involved and did her best to smoothen things out

The stay could have been complete with a complimentary breakfast. there are not a lot of options for breakfast around the hotel especially when you are travelling and don't have a rental car. Taxi is expensive.

I have stayed before and never had an issue, however this room was a little rough, the chain was broken off of the blinds so you couldn't open the windows, I love natural light so that wasn't great and neither of the lamps worked on the side of the bed? I verified that the clock was working, switched plugs etc so it wasn't the outlet, just 2 bad lamps. They did fix one of them on my second night...just thought that was odd. Never had an issue here before.

I like the fact they have flavored coffee creamers, the beds are really comfortable, the maids do a fantastic job of cleaning the place ( I always leave them a tip). The front desk woman I had, sorry I didn't write down her name was awesome! Very friendly and had good advice for the area!
