The hotel was disappointing. Despite appearing clean, the floor was sticky and there were hairs in the bathroom. The ambiance felt rather outdated. The so-called breakfast was underwhelming, consisting of just coffee, a packet of oatmeal, a muffin, and a granola bar – more like a snack bar experience than a proper breakfast.

Floor is so dirty I, I have use my towel clean whole floor, if some one check there floor under the bed I bet you will definitely collect 2 pounds of debris and dust easily, Never recommend this place to someone

Everything was cool to me and I see nothing wrong at all. I need not say any more

It was very clean, the stairways had an excellent smell, the suite was clean, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing ( my dog even liked it ) the front desk ladies where both black and both amazing at their jobs....you guys should have more than 3 stars... You guys should at least have a 4.5 star review....other customers lied !!! It's a nice place..will come again

Smelled like Snoop Dogg was in the hotel lobby when I checked in. 11pm and people outside smoking and drinking playing loud music. I should have turned around right then and there and found a different hotel.

It was disgusting! The front door was open, I’m assuming because it was broken. There was cigarettes smoke and pot smoke in the lobby. The pool was green, there were empty plastic cups floating in the hot tub. The lobby bathrooms had key codes on them? Worst of all there was a young man “lounging” on the floor outside our room. He was using the electrical outlet. He was there for at least a couple of hours.

The location was perfect for our trip. Close to everything and easily accessible.

The manager tried to make a terrible situation better.

Staff called the police on us for asking if the room had double beds!!! After traveling for 15 hours she literally kicked us out at 1:30 in the morning!! Could you imagine.

The room had a moldy smell to it. We had a cockroach that was in my daughter’s suitcase from the hotel. Bathroom was very very small very hard to get in and out.

This was by far my worst hotel experience ever. The hotel was dirty and smelled AWFUL- like body odor and cigarettes. Once in our room we found out that it was infested with cockroaches. Then, as we were leaving, we saw cops in the hallway addressing some unruly guests. Given it was still over $100/night you’d at least expect there to be no roaches or disturbances.

The only positive thing I can say about this stay was that the woman behind the counter was pleasant.

Upon checking room as I usually do from pest control experience didn't find bed bug but definitely too many roaches ... 10 plus alive mostly. While I know bugs can't be eliminated, they control wasn't there. Cancelling and refunding process was smooth we ended up hanging in town for the day and went back to west palm. Be aware people live at the hotel. And it is not smoke free!

When we first arrived we walked into the entrance where two men were rolling cigars and smoking at the front entrance and we literally had to walk thru the smoke with the kids. The room floors, fridge were dirty and it said there was breakfast but there was no breakfast. very disappointing stay

This place has really gotten run down over the last few years. Rooms were dirty, hallway was dirty, whole place smelled very musty. There are a lot of more long-term residents staying which makes it feel more like a weird apartment building. There is no "breakfast" offering, just a basket of pre-packaged muffins and granola bars up by the front desk.

Location is convenient, a lot of restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The hotel smelled bad and people staying there were all smoking in their rooms even though there was no smoking policy. The breakfast just had small muffins with granola bars and coffee.

They had Utensils with a Kitchen stove, dishwasher, Microwave, refrigerator. They also have an Ironbox with a iron board.

The hotel is a little dated. The showers were older and you could tell it has been some time since there has been an update. I think that is what is holding me back from giving it a 10/10 because the rooms and showers were outdated. They still worked great and were fine, just wish it as newer. That would put it over the top.

The location was close to majority of the things that we were doing during our time in Orlando. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful and smiling with any of our questions that we had. We will definitely be thinking about traveling here next time we book Orlando.

Dirty and all the “regulars” that hang around and smoke and are loud leaving their rooms at 3am to smoke and slamming their door. No housekeeping during the stay (4nights) people leave their food and trash in the hallway. During the four days there no one cleaned all the fingerprints in the elevator. Place just looks abused. Our room was clean at first glance but definitely not clean to regular standards. Sink in the bathroom was dirty and the kitchen didn’t look inviting. If u need anything you have to get it from the front desk from kitchen stuff like forks to a hair dryer.
