You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Reception had no change for washing machine told to go to service station.
Pool was lovely and great big rooms. Privacy curtain in room made room darker for sleeping.

Close to traffic noise, but we got a room in the middle of the compound.
Solid Motel, nothing fancy but serves the purpose and is a great location to do day trips to the Everglades National Park and bit of shopping the the nearby Outlet. Nice pool area, the kids loved the little waterfall.

Check in staff at the desk always seemed preoccupied with their phones, never smiled and gave the impression that any question was a stupid question. Considering we were tourists from England it was quite off putting.
The room was lovely and clean with everything you could want for a short stay. Breakfast was ok Great area Parking was plentiful

- Very slow WiFi - No elevator to get to the 1st floor, so you need to bring your suitcases up the stairs by yourself - There is a form in the room that sums up all things in the room, and puts a price next to each item, that, when missing, you have to pay. We found out 1 thing was missing, but the reception didn't give us a proof that this item was missing from the room. I don't like the tone they use in this form. - Breakfast is very crowded, almost no place to sit. You have to queue for everything, even to roast your bread. Breakfast has almost no healthy choices.

Nothing particular. The Breakfast could have been a better selection but acceptable for what was expecte.
Our stay was very pleasant and the location was great to access the Everglades Natural Park.

Nothing much around from a sightseeing perspective, but still many food options to survive. I chose the motel because it's close to Everglades and gives you a kick start to go to the Keys the day after. For my purpose the location was great.
Not big fan of motels, but this felt more like a hotel. Rooms are surprisingly nice with plenty of space, clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Parking is free and they have some picnic areas within the ground where you can even do BBQ. Some people did it which looked fun.

We did not like breakfast. Very poor and full of sweet food. We are still waiting for 5 days to receive the refund of the deposit.
We liked the location, the size of the room, the free parking. The hotel was spotless.

Breakfast was simple but abundant. Fruit, cereales, eggs, waffles, toast, muffins, juices, good coffee. Plenty of parking next to the room Although the Inn seemed well occupied there was plenty of room at breakfast Very pleasant grounds

Not enough restaurant's in walking distance.
Sayed here before driving thru Everglades and going on a boat tour and had an afternoon by the pool.

Door locking system sometimes took a while to open.
Stayed a couple of nights on the way to Key West. Went to Shark Valley while we were there and that was an easy drive. Close to a number of food eateries. A nice area in the middle of the grounds with table and chairs.

Rooms could need some redo. Bed wasn’t that comfortable.
Nice outdoor grounds, breakfast and pool area. Location is good for going to the keys, Everglades or visit Miami. More reasonable priced than staying in Miami.

The water in the pool wasn't very clean.

Excellent location while visiting the National Parks. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was tremendous. Very helpful! Breakfast had perfect options for those that want it on the go or to get ready quickly. Parking was handy.
