I expected the room to have the patio as explained and pictured in our reservation choice. There was no indication when reserving it that this was not the case. Hence, we were surprised and disappointed when we arrived. This is the only reason that I can't rate it as a perfect experience.

I do not enjoy bland hotel rooms, so this chalet was perfect for us. We enjoyed the privacy and spacious room size. It had character and was a very comfortable space for mother and daughter on our much needed 'Girl's Trip'. ❤️ A perfect choice! Thank you!

No office at chalet inn. No ice machine at upper building. Tight parking. We like to walk to main strip but this lodge is up the hill by some houses off the main drag. Didn't work for us.

Had to check in at sister hotel. It still went fine. That was the only thing I could think of that wasn’t just fine or better than fine.

Had a fireplace and a deck. Not fancy and not a dump the price was right. The place we stayed the night before was not any nicer and cost twice as much.

Was slightly outdated. Even though it was clean I still felt a little dirty/icky because things were old or broken.

The view was beautiful and the area was very quiet. Just far enough from the main road so that you don’t hear any noise.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was also come construction going on behind the chalet which woke us up pretty early every morning,

The view of mountains from the balcony was unreal. Best view n Gatlinburg and I’ve been coming for years. Will more than likely be renting this chalet over and over

Parking wasn't always great if you got back to your room late. Having to drive down to breakfast at a different building wasn't great. No outlets on one side of the bed made charging our phones awkward. Further from the main drag than we had thought but they allowed us to park down the hill which made it a little better.

Breakfast was pretty good. We saw a lot of animals at night because it's close to the woodline.

We needed a place at the last minute and this one was it. When we got to the property, we were very hesitant. The room was large and clean, although very outdated. But, a lot of properties in G-burg are outdated, so it kind of goes with the territory. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. All in all- not bad for the price and last minute reservation.

The walls/doors don’t block out noise very well so if your neighbors or the people in the parking lot are having a conversation you can hear it

Cool place to stay, excellent location to the national park very easy to get in and out instead of having to drive down the busy main road in Gatlinburg. It is a few blocks from the attractions in Gatlinburg but I was there for the park so that was perfectly fine with me. The room was big and very clean. Views of the mountains from the room on the main level were great.

Parking was a little tight, hard to back out of the parking spot, and construction on the hill behind it, but they hadn’t got to the building of it yet, just working on the land but it wasn’t noisy.

Loved the location it was off the strip but still in walking distance to strip. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
