Should have had wifi and a map posted with info on nearby groceries, restaurants, and walk-in clinics. Was billed a cleaning fee of $50.00 per day, not per stay, and the cleaning lady did not come on both days.... Not sure how I would have checked in had the cleaning lady not been there when I arrived. The owner lives out of state.

A large kitchen was available to make your own meals. I wish info said it was walking distance (about .75 mile) from the Hollywood Tri-rail station. House was clean and the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans if you had a long stay. Location is more convenient for people traveling by car rather than public transportation.

The Pool is 20$ extra (what is still a very very low price for this area) but I didn´t need it because there were so many great beaches. I stayed there for 9 nights, 2 nights I was alone at the house (amazing!), 2 nights I had arguments at night with very young people with a loud car and even louder loughing all the time, 5 nights there were really really nice and considerate other guests. As a pedastrian you have to walk 10-20 minutes from a train station which trains are not often and sometimes with heavy delays but once again: for the Miami Area the price ist not to beat! Oh and one last thing: the bathtub is wonderful but there isn´t a plug (I asked the cleaning person). I had a bath one evening I was home alone using a drinking glass but the people would waste less water with a bathtub plug :-)

Everything looked exactly like on the photos, everything was really clean and all furniture was high quality. The host and the cleaning person were extremely friendly. Everything in the house and the kitchen was for use and only a laundromat/dryer was missing in the whole house (you should know that for long time stays).

The property is set back from main public transportation and is best for folks who have a car.

This B&B is a house share, so there are other people using the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc). Some people may not always be considerate of others in the house. However, when informed of the situation, the host brought in housekeeping to clean up all the common spaces. This host is responsive to guest's needs & tries to ensure they have a good stay.

Clean, comfortable room, good mattress & pillows, & large eat-in kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans. Well maintained pool, if you want to take a dip. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe staying here. The host was very flexible about late check-in/check-out which made my stay stress-free. Host was easy to contact & responded to questions quickky.

You can hear everything from the other rooms, no privacy. Cleaning lady did a good job, but should be cleaned more often. But mostly would not recommend it because of the noise from the hallway and the other rooms, doors and walls are so thin you can hear people breathe in the other rooms

There were always not enough paper towels, toilet paper, you can sit at one table but not at another, there is no soap (instead of soap, dishwashing detergent diluted with water) and the icing on the cake will be in the screenshot.
