Customer service was outstanding! We stayed for a week and got to know the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. The hotel was very clean, smelled clean, and was kept up daily. The King suite was comfortable and clean. There is a pool - we didn't use it- and a very nice fire table which we used almost nightly to enjoy some wine. The on-site gym was good and breakfast was fine. The usual: scrambled eggs, potatoes, various sausage breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, etc. It wasn't gourmet but it served its purpose. Jordon at the front desk was fabulous as well as all of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, we didn't get everyone's name but the gentleman in charge of housekeeping was fabulous as well! Great location and very close to wine country, dining options, and the 215 freeway.

WHAT’S UP with this. You have to pay for a parking spot for your car. Can you believe this. I was shocked. Never have I paid for parking my car in a hotel. And this is a Marriott hotel, one of the more luxury hotels. They have to try to get more money from us by charging us with a parking space. Besides that it was $28.00.

The View out of our window was ZERO. our window was backed up by a wall, so we stared at the wall of the building. The neighbors next to our room played loud music until 4am. Then I started it back up at 6 am, so I didn't get much sleep. They charge for parking (per day per vehicle), which is ridiculous considering they don't offer a free lot to park in. It's just another fee to dock on as if they don't charge enough for the room. They don't do late check out either- so don't ask. Even if they did, that would probably be another fee, lol. We didn't get breakfast since we slept in due to the neighbors' music next door that kept us up all night.

Beds were comfortable and smelled very clean. The laundry machines worked well and were decently priced.

Only issue with this particular property were the sheets . They keep popping off every time we sat down on the bed.

Bed mattress and sofabed mattress were of really poor quality.

They ran out towels for the pool, we wven waited to 2hrs for towels and they still didn't fill up the towel rack. The last night we stayed the people upstairs were stomping all night until 3am. No fridge in the room.

The breakfast was great in the mornings and the ice water at the front was wonderful.

My only issue was the metal covering of the drain in the shower, excess water would have a constant drip which would hit against the metal.

The ONLY reason I didn’t rate it a “10” was the surprise FOURTEEN DOLLAR parking fee. There is no reason for this fee in this low-density exurban area.

This property now charges $14 to park your car. Really? They already charge enough for the room. They're a small, three story hotel next to a vacant lot and they have to nickel and dime guests by charging for parking?

Charging for parking is ridiculous when no other hotel of the same caliber charges. Not even in larger cities. The breakfast was minimal and nearly empty of most foods long before it was suppose to end. It was already a very short time frame.
