Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The acoustics or the nightly rate need to be addressed for the room in which I stayed, which was just off the lobby and near the dining area. For the rate I paid, I should not have been woken up by the sound of breakfast being set up and guests chatting. I gave up trying to sleep and left an hour earlier than planned.
Hotel was easy to find. It was nice knowing that there was a shopping center nearby should I need anything aside from snacks from the lobby. Both receptionists with whom I interacted were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Speaks a lot for the hotel. Next time I'm in the area I'll happy book here again, but will request a room further from the dining area.

As soon as we arrived we were treated with the up most friendliest greeting. I wish I got the receptionist name! She was such a doll! Helped me in every single way made sure we were comfortable before during and after our stay! Best hotel I have stayed in. So clean! The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only a couple proteins which ran out and we had to wait about 30 minutes for restock.

Explanation of energy saving devices.....to know how to turn on entry light. If this is supposed to be an energy saving unit...promote or outline in the room. However, I don't understand how having bathroom fan run 24/7 is energy saving. I was told that a turn off switch was not installed!!! How smart is that?

The mattress slid somewhat easily on the bed frame. And I hit my shin on the frame. So, possibly get some sort of padding for the edges of the bed frame and some sort of grip or edge lip for the mattress to not slide around as much. There was a malfunction with the card scanner at the pool, but the staff were super helpful and quick with fixing it. The room was immaculate, and the mattress was very comfortable. The fridge had plenty of room to chill a bottle of wine, or 2 with room to spare for leftovers and/or snacks. The bathrooms were some of the best I've seen in any hotel. With sliding glass doors that were very thick and sturdy. With a fairly secluded and more private feel when you arrive. Walmart is basically across the street and plenty of good food within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend Mori Sushi & Bento. But I will be coming back again. 9.9/10 highly recommend.

Have bottled water in room for each guest free of charge.
Breakfast was great except for the toaster not working. There was a variety of healthy choices. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were of high quality which was very nice.
