The pillows were awful. We normally take our own but forgot and we paid the price. They need to upgrade the pillows. Also they could t keep up with the breakfast crowd. Multiple times there were 4-6 people standing waiting on coffee and food.

When I booked the room, the description said it was a suite with a sleeper sofa. When we got there it was a king room with one bed. Also, the hot breakfast items were very bland.

They did not have record of our stay, so we had to come back for our rooms. Once we came (we had three - two with this reservation and one on a separate reservation. At the time of check in they were only able to get us one of the three rooms. Our luggage was left there and then we had to come back that night to check in for the rest. When we did- we found that the one room we had the door did not close. An issue with the key locking mechanism. We were exhausted. Had it not been for his great attitude and helpfulness this could have been much worse. We were in town for our son's wedding and were already exhausted. He made the experience way better than they were just by being who he was that night. I was not impressed with the Marriott brand, but he made me second guess my thought process and I am willing to try this brand again just because of him.

The man working the desk that night was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable over all.

I wish the breakfast had more variety. We stayed for almost a week and the breakfast was the same every day (and my go to, the oatmeal, was awful) The clothes washer was finicky and I was never sure if it was going to run. I felt like I had to put my credit card in at least twice to get it to run.

The staff was helpful and nice and the room was great! The room where we ate breakfast was nice and quiet after breakfast and we could meet people comfortably without distractions. It was nice to have access to laundry facilities.

The couch in our room just looked slightly dirty (particularly the part where your legs would touch). The rest of the room seemed totally fine.

Location was close driving distance to Main Street. Overall the facilities looked pretty clean. Friendly person at check-in desk.

More food for Breakfast. More choices (like bacon, donuts, waffle) Also little green light on smoke alarm flash repeatedly all night. Room showed a lot of light around the door. Hard to sleep in a light room with flashing light.

Breakfast was okay but disappointed fewer choices then expected. It ran out of food early.

I guess I will speak for my partner in that he would have preferred a better breakfast. The second morning we went to a nearby cafe' where we had eaten on previous trips to Fredericksburg and had breakfast there. Everything else was fine other than the elevator had an amazingly loud bell for each floor and when the doors opened. We were VERY happy our room was well away from that!

The room was lovely, very comfortable, the bathroom exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Loved the shower. I liked the breakfast (pre-made and wrapped mini-quiche (I had that and it was very good for pre-made) my partner, who prefers a hearty, freshly made breakfast did not; he had both the bagel sandwich and the English muffin sandwich, both with egg, cheese and a meat but found both lacking. I thought, given the ongoing COVID concerns, the breakfast was pretty well done. There was also the usual selections of making your own waffle, yogurt, etc. Additionally, I had requested a room above the first floor and the desk clerk graciously put us in a lovely room on the 3rd floor well away from the elevator and the ice machine.

Price was high, especially Saturday evening. It might be the reason we opt to stay in Johnson City next trip.

The A/C had a slight mold smell after running during the night. In general, the prices in Fredericksburg are ridiculously high and this place was no different, but it was a good night's stay.

The room description included a sofa in the room, but the room we were assigned didn't have a sofa. The only other place to sit other than the bed was the desk chair.

The room location was at the end of the hall, which was quiet.

Only one thing. The bathroom door squeaked. Each time during the night that I had to use the toilet I had to open the bathroom door because my wife wanted the light in it to be on. The door squeaked loudly.

The facility is very clean. The room was very clean. The carpet looked brand new and clean. The entire room was very clean and the bedding and bed looked great and we slept fairly well.
