I thought the size of the room and tv were small compared to drury inn. The water was also not as hot and the shower heads very calcified. Shower could have been much better . They need new shower heads and the shower also looks like many repairs have been completed on the walls

the staff was excellent from the front desk operators to the breakfast area attendant to housekeeping. they were friendly and professional. accommodating and kind.

We were on the fourth floor and the first room was nice, facing the front of the hotel. Except, the sink was stopped up and clogged. Also the bathroom floor was sticky and had a place next to the toilet that was dirty. Moved us near the elevator, the guy on the front desk had to clean the toilet, and he also worked on the first rooms sink. We stayed in the second room facing the back. Now, at first the sink was OK but at times it was stopped up. By the second day it was blocked all the time. It was a big problem when shaving. Not sure why these sinks stop up and cause problems.

Breakfast was good some days depending really what they had out at the time. They replaced the carpet in the halls from the last time I was there. The staff are more friendly than I remember in the past. That's always good. Didn't have any loud people causing issues was a nice plus.

Cleaning service suspect. Hair scrunchy on floor, stains on comforter, other misc areas not cleaned appropriately.

The pool needed to be clean, it was dirty and cloudy, So we didn’t use it.

My room was across from the elevator. The constant noise was unbearable and no room change or credit was given. Our military discount could not be applied because we booked through a third party.

I liked how clean the lobby and common areas were. The free breakfast was outstanding. Most of the employees were very accommodating.

Breakfast was complimentary but not very good. Not enough stuff and no choice. Staff preauthorised my card for incidentals without telling me.

Good size room and comfy king size bed. Good location if you are travelling around and you do not need to be close to the town center.

Need more Disability parking. Desk clerk needs to read info of the guest booking request. I requested a 2 Second floor room near the elevator. Was assigned a 1floor room. Clerk changed the floor but assigned us to a room at the end of the corridor. Both my wife and I have walking disabilities. We are in our 80,s.

Did not use facilty. Food selection was limited. Would have enjoyed eggs, sausage or bacon, toast or biscuit, and gravy. Mexicans food is good however not every guest can eat Mexican food.

This might have been an odd coincidence, but on the night we stayed there was a loud, shouting conversation that took place in the front parking lot that took place for an extended period of time in the middle of the night.

The location was close enough to the freeway but also far enough away that road noise was not an issue.

Trying to find hotel rather confusing. Address listed on website is not where GPS takes you. Shower head needs to be replaced in bathroom, room 428.
