A couple of channels weren’t working one night, not the hotels fault. But other than that the stay was great!

The overall stay was great! Staff was amazing, the pool was great but did wish there was a hot tub. The room was laid out different than at other I’ve seen but I loved it. Location was close to everything and breakfast was decent!

The desk attendant at my arrival was training a new desk attendant. She was explaining that because I booked through Booking that it was complicated. It put me, the guest, in a place of feeling like I had caused the problem. Also, the first things that new attendant show be taught is to smile and welcome the guest. She said nothing to me and she was the first person I made eye contact with.

The desk in the room was great as was the chair by the bed. The heat/ac in the room was consistent and comfortable.

We stayed here because the comfort rating was very high. However, our room was extremely uncomfortable. Our bed was super firm and so was our couch. I had issues sleeping, and there was no way you could get all cozy on the couch to watch a movie or TV. My husband asked for 2 extra comforters in an effort to give us some cushion. It helped only a little. Upon checkout, they asked how our room was. I was honest and explained that the beds are very hard. The girl explained that they are doing remodel soon, and replacing all the beds. She also said that if we would have said something, they would have provided a 3" memory foam pad for the bed for us. So, if you do not like super firm mattresses, you may want to ask for a pad. We didn't say anything, because we just didn't think anything could be done. So, this hotel is very, very accommodating!

The location is perfect, close to everything you could want, yet in a quiet spot. Breakfast was good, the usual waffles, eggs (usually scrambled as one choice, and then we had cheese omelets one day and the next was spinach quiches), sausage (either pork and veggie or pork and turkey as options), yogurt, cereal, bread options (english muffins, bagels, bread, etc), juice, coffee, etc. The hotel is exceptionally clean, our room even smelled clean as we walked in, without it being a chemical smell. The staff is excellent, very helpful! There are cookies when you check in, too.

The rooms could certainly use some upgrading

Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, and coffee was actually good! The location can't be beat and the price point was very good.

Some confusion over billing on checkout, staff not well informed or unable to explain the situation adequately.

Very good variety of choice available for breakfast and 24hour tea and coffee available in reception. Large capacity washing machine and dryers for only 2 dollars each. Good location for our needs, plenty of shopping/ food outlets nearby if needed. Very easy route into Watertown.

There was no option to turn off the vent at night, even though the AC was off the unit kept blowing air at a fairly high rate and that somewhat hindered our sleep. The staff really tried to find us a satisfactory solution but there should be a way to shut the unit off if we wish so.

Walls are super thin. Could hear conversation in the next room and people above us sounded like they were going to come through the floor when walking around.

We had a room near the elevators it was nice but had to keep listening to a constant elevator door sound. The volume could be lowered but was still a good stay.

Isolated from other buildings made it more quiet. Was very clean.
