The room was comfortable. The toilet did overflow once but the staff was efficient. Breakfast is included and a nice spread! Did not have a microwave in the room but had a refrigerator. I would stay there again

I didn’t realize my room was a handicap room. It felt very old and smelled the AC was extremely noisy, but it needed to be on so the musty smell wouldn’t be in the room. The TV screen was small for the distance from the bed to the TV.

The elevator didn't work half the time. They didn't give us fresh towels or make the beds. had to ask for that and coffee. Also water went out right before we had to shower to go to a meeting but I guess that was unavoidable.

The doors are the issue. Not only did we have to place towels along the bottom of the door to prevent light from coming in and cool air from the AC going out, but also as a sound barrier to reduce the noise from other guests. Which brings me to the next issue; ALL OF THE DOORS SLAM SHUT!! This even includes the stairway exit door, which was CONVENIENTLY located right next to our room on the 3rd floor. The hotel was almost nearly booked out and there were plenty of children running up and down the stairs between the hours of 11pm and 4am. Even some adult guests could be heard, from our room, allowing the doors to slam shut repeatedly as they entered or exited a room. It was the biggest issue during our stay. The pool and breakfast are super tight - I mean really narrow! With the high level of occupancy, accessing these areas was difficult for myself and 70 y/o my mom. Fortunately, the staff continued to replenish the food in the breakfast area and was extremely nice to us.

The staff was super nice and friendly. ESPECIALLY COREY!! HE WAS SO HELPFUL! Even when the other staff members were not, or they were ignoring us as we were waiting to check-in. The breakfast was good! The beds were comfy. The room was clean.

Beds were a bit small and we were told that our room was physically too small for a roller bed... which says a lot. Rooms could be cleaner and had a obvious smell of whatever they use to cover up smoking by a past guest. Housekeeping did not come on one of days so beds were unmade, and towels and washcloths were not refreshed which if you've ever traveled as a family is kind of a big deal. Also the indoor pool was waaaaay too cold, as if they were trying to keep people from using it.

Hot breakfast exceeded expectations, eggs were flavorful and the kids enjoyed the fresh waffles. Hotel had plenty of parking and the staff were pleasant enough.

The room had a "smell". I think coming from the air conditioning unit but it unfortunately didnt get any better, and I couldnt open the windows to get any fresh air in.

It was a decent location, with a choice of restaurants very close and only 10 minutes from Mall of Georgia too which was great.

pillows are horrible, should bring my own. Rare to find coffee made. Pool area had such a chlorine smell, it burned the eyes. Pool was cloudy and not heated. someone was smoking, so we had a fire drill at 6am. vanity area was not well lit to apply makeup and hair.
