Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRooms seem outdated. Could use a better clean. Handprints on the ceiling. our child found a piece of dog/cat food. Pool wasn’t warm. Bought expensive ice cream bars from the lobby and they were icy like they were thawed and frozen again and old.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Lobby looks inviting, updated, and decorated for the holiday. Loved the option of an indoor pool to keep the toddler occupied. Location is always good with being close to a restaurant and the zoo. Bed was big and comfy.

United States of AmericaThe beds were a bit uncomfortable. More pillows on a king size bed would be great! The air conditioner unit in our room was broken (the cover of the vent was falling off) and it was hard to maintain a temperature that was not exceedingly cold or hot.

United States of Americawe stayed for two days after the first night ,in the morning asked front desk about refreshing towels was told to leave outside door, we did along with towel notice on door handle. when arrived later in the day we found towels gone but nothing in the room, no towels. had to go down to front desk and asked for towels, also needed to replace the bar soap. This may seem trivial but I did not expect this type of service from a Marriot franchise.

United States of AmericaToilet was running upon entering the room. I fixed it temporarily but let the front desk know of the problem so maintenance could get parts to fix. The receptionist was happy to offer us another room if we wanted, which we declined because it really wasn’t a big deal.

United States of AmericaI picked this hotel over another because the other hotel had a bad review because of dirty carpeting. I was encouraged that the bedroom and bathroom looked very clean then I looked at the carpet. It was grimy. The joke was on me. Tv picture had a black hazy center which usually indicates tv is about to quit working. It would be nice to provide a hand towel for each guest.
Breakfast was typical continental fare. It was ok, not bad, not extrordinary. Dining facilities were clean, and the attendant was helpful, courteous, and cheerful.

only reason I chose the hotel was because it was the only one that had a hot tub . got there only to find out it was broken. and they charged me even more money . booking.com had already charged me fees and all and then the hotel charged me more fees . they were supposed to call me to get it fixed but they didn’t and didn’t even show care .

My major negative was the inability to get Marriott rewards the reason given was my rewards number or customer number was incorrect. This has happened before and I can’t seem to get it straightened out. The other issue was the facility was hard to find especially in the dark. I had to drive by it three times before arriving. It is off the main road behind other hotels and businesses.

United States of AmericaThe sofa bed was quite small, only a little wider than a twin. I was expecting a full size. & the pool/spa was closed.
The staff were very friendly & I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast because it was actually good! You can make your own waffles, they have a few different types of eggs, sausage & bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, milk & coffee. I'm sure I'm probably forgetting some, but it was very nice & they have a sitting area you can eat in down in the lobby area. Our room was clean & the offered housekeeping during your stay if you wanted. The pool & spa is closed but you can use the indoor pool & spa at their sister hotel across the street if you want. I definitely recommend this hotel.
