I went to for a relaxing night away with my mate and to get in the jacuzzi but it was so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that we wasn’t even able to get in then it closed at 10pm and the kids ran through the hotel..

Hot tub wasn’t working properly because there was a pipe sound and the jets did not spit out water like it’s supposed to. Bottom of tub was stained yellow. Conditioner bottle provided by the hotel was empty. Not many breakfast options.

Very comfy bed. Free breakfast. Has a hot tub. Nice staff. Nice location next to a lot of restaurants and other good places for passing time.

Staff did not bring things to the room. Had to come down to front desk for things. Pool was kind of cold.

Hotel needs lots of updates. Indoor pool was very run down, water very cold but pool room was very hot. Hot tub was out of order. Free breakfast was a joke, a couple of individual cereal boxes and no milk or any drinks or anything else.

Bathroom and beds seemed cleaned. Room was ok. Location of hotel was right beside everything we had planned for stay.

Nothing...I checked out being the hot tub was not working and I called before booking this stay and Greg stated they had a hit tub but failed to tell me the jets don't work

The hotel was clearly worn down. All the light fixtures in the hallways had damaged light shades on them. I did not see a single one not damaged. Our room had stains on the bed skirts, curtains and was generally dirty. We had issues with noise from the pool and when we attempted to call the front desk, we discovered the in-room phone didn't work yet it was plugged into the wall. We called on our cell phone and the front desk person on Saturday 3/23 night said, I have told them to quiet down but they won't listen. Not helpful at all. Definitely will not stay at this property ever again.

-Advertised 12 PM (noon) check out in emails and on the backs of the room doors. This is a lie. Check out is 11:00 AM but they don’t bother to inform that, and the woman who checked us in informed us that check out was noon. -No “do not disturb” sign. We were woken up 3 times within 2 hours on the day of our departure. We had confirmed a late check out of 12 PM. We were woken up at 8:30 AM, 9:00 AM, and 10:30 AM. At which point I was so angry, we packed and left. If they wanted us out so badly, we’d leave. I did in fact call the second time we were woken up. Front desk staff indicated that whomever I spoke to the previous night did not update the computer and she would remedy this so we wouldn’t be further bothered. But she did not do so because we were bothered a third time. -Laundry room door broken. No sign to indicate this. We initially closed the door that had been propped open and the lady at the front desk wasn’t sure she could open the door again. Thankfully, she did, but there should have been a sign. There never was even after our incident. -The beverages in the snack shop are grossly overpriced. -There was a pair of men’s underwear in the pool skimmer that front desk indicated had probably been there since the weekend. Our stay was a Monday-Wednesday. We were in the pool both Monday and Tuesday. We saw the underwear on Tuesday. -The pool and hot tub are in disrepair and need a major renovation. Mildew stains, rust, broken wall tiles, chipped paint, etc. -The wifi is awful and did not allow us to log in. I had to upgrade my phone plan to use a personal hotspot for the duration of our stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower products smelled great. Some of the front desk staff were lovely, specifically the older lady working nights and the gentleman working mid shift. I did not get their names. The pool and hot tub hours are later than most places. The room was clean and the carpet is nice.

Nothing m. Never stayed here booked for the week before. Somehow my room date changed. Went thru a 5 day process of trying to get my money back was told I would but never received it had to sleep in my car.

Cleanliness, facilities were dirty and smelled. Not a healthy environment. Staff talking in hall about boyfriends sleeping with others in other rooms. Not a good place for families.

It was not a healthy environment and we did not stay at this location. It was not as advertised. We had to find another place to stay late at night. Very disappointing and costly. Still waiting on a refund from booking.com…..

Didn't like the comment while checking into the hotel. Side door lock doesn't work so just prop open the door. Seemed unsafe to me. Window in room had huge crack. One bedside table didn't work at all. Large piece of drywall cut out in bathroom under sink,

The manager, front desk staff and housekeeping are absolutely amazing! So kind! They go above and beyond! The rooms and hotel are so clean! We will always come back and I definitely recommend this hotel over all!!!!

The cleaning staff kept making promises but did not fulfill them. I asked one guy to clean the room for us while we were out. He politely answered in the affirmative but did not do so. The day after, a young lady came in and cleaned but did not have enough towels. She promised to drop some off after the ones she was washing were completed but never returned. Also, wished the rooms were a bit more sound proof!

I truly loved the location. We were able to access so many places easily. The General Manager, Richard was EXTREMELY helpful and a. man of his word!

Our door did not lock the entire weekend. Our stay cost $177 Friday and Saturday night July 9 and 10 and I feel it should have cost much less given the fact we paid for a secure room and found our valuables were unprotected. Purpose of our trip was for my sister‘s memorial at Saint Joseph United Methodist church.

The staff did not have excellence in mind. Coffee bar could have used a wipe down. Our family had no large towels in the room. This location is definitely not up to the standards I am use to seeing at other Fairfield Inns I have stayed.

Breakfast was good, when it was stocked. Both mornings I had to ask to have the fridge restocked. Saturday morning the staff told me breakfast was ending in 30 minutes so he wouldn’t, even though I took the last sandwich. Sunday morning I stocked the creamers while the staff went to replace the empty carafe. Room was cool but humid. Overall, this Fairfield Inn is not up to par as other Fairfield Inns.
