Having TV's in the rooms where they should be & having the cable working properly. Only the one woman at the desk was unpleasant - everyone else was happy, friendly & helpful. If someone does not like their job - it shows. Hire only the friendly people! ANd keep the woman who cooks the breakfasts - she is awesome.

Our first night, we had to be moved as our AC was leaking water all over the carpet - a darling employee came up & helped us move & we were given a suite at no extra charge. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spotless. We checked out after one night thinking our AC at home would be fixed - no luck. So we checked back in & asked for the same suite. We checked out again the next day & again had to return. The woman at the desk gave me a key for a suite. I was hot, sweaty & tired. I got in the room & there was only one TV. I called the desk & the same woman said I could come get another key. FYI - she had not been friendly, no smile or eye contact.No please, thank you or sorry. And no offer to help me move. The next day I mentioned this to The supervisor, I believe her name is Alicia. She apologized & discounted our room.

The walls are super thin! You can hear everything. I was able to hear the TV from the rooms next door, and it didn't help that the cleaning people would speak really loudly with each other so we pretty much heard their entire conversation when they got to our floor. Luckily, we were only there 2-3 times while they were cleaning.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. The lady that was there most day for breakfast was super nice and very attentive!

- if you like a good quiet rest ( like me and what a hotel is for), chances are you will be disappointed . The door locks are very poorly designed, the worst I have experienced. One has to make a special effort to close it without making a terrible noise so the “ banging-the-door “ crowd may well make your stay a misery. - the shower in the bath is very slippery; a potential killer, especially for older people. Hotel should at least provide a rubber mat. - hotel is rather isolated and shops / food not close by. - thus not the greatest value for money.

Room and bed above average and they serve a pretty decent breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

I was not told that there would be additional charge for incidental charge $20.00 per day. Which place on my account. When I thought charge would be about $288, For stay. To find out that charge was $328.00. I left room clean not a complete mess. No discount for Senior Citizen a thought would plus for me. I would like to stay there again, But due to my Father passing I don't know if I can be taken advantage what they did.

Room was clean and everything was fine. Breakfast was find coffee was to my liking. I did get in at Early Sat. 12;30 AM 07/16/2022 left Sunday 07/17/2022 at 8:45AM. Plus a Senior Citizen age 65 wife is 66.

There were tornadoes nearby after some guests had checked out and the reception people went above and beyond to be nice to the wet, stranded guests and not let them feel they had overstayed their welcome.
