Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tap over the sink would not run cold and it seemed it had been reported before but not fixed. Shower sliding door kept opening and it needs to be fixed to stop the floor being flooded.

The beds weren’t as comfortable but that was ok since it was only one night.
It was very affordable and very high quality too. The employees were very nice and the property felt very safe. The breakfast here was very phenomenal as well!

The door lock wouldn't lock. We had to just use the safety latch. The front desk said they would send someone to adjust it, but it didn't get fixed before we went to sleep. If that had not occurred, it would have been great.
The room was very comfortable. We liked the overall hotel experience.

The breakfast was better than lots of "continental" breakfasts, but was still marginal at best. The eggs didn't taste like eggs. I assume the watery yellow concoction was from a mix and not real eggs. The industrial toaster didn't toast the bread, it just dried it out. What's with each slice of bread being sealed in plastic? Don't tell me due to Covid because we've all learned by now that the scare tactics were way over played. The thermostat on the wall had absolutely no effect on the HVAC operation and adjusting the temperature setting on the window/wall unit didn't change room temperature either. It was during a mild season so it didn't really matter.
The room was clean and quiet. There were no pets roaming the halls. The room and halls didn't smell like cigarette smoke! Everything looked and smelled clean. It was a very pleasant stay and this hotel will be considered on our next trip.

I was placed in a handicap room with no view while having to sleep lightly during to me traveling with motorcycles I wasn't in view of ..
I did like the hospitality the Staff did give me and my husband during our stay and Jace was a Awesome Check-in attendant 😊

Got woke up at 6am by alot of banging and loud noise. Come to find out the people in the next room were locked in and the staff was attempting to get the room door open. It took quite awhile for them to get the people out. So much for sleeping in. I understand stuff happens but it was definitely annoying. The breakfast was needing refilled the eggs were gone and there was only 2 pieces of sausage. But other then that it was a good experience.
Staff was polite and friendly.

NO hot water at the end of the day
Both rooms had no hot water in the shower either night even after reporting the proble to the staff.

Our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Trash cans overflowed. Even after requesting for the bathroom to be cleaned. Not appreciated!!! The tub held water in it. The carpet was very dirty.
Breakfast options were good. Staff were very nice and helpful. Free snacks, cold water and hot chocolate options were amazing! The breakfast lady was excellent! She keep the kitchen clean alone with others. The beds were comfortable.

Rooms smelled musty.and like. mildew Clerk tried to spray but didn't help. Kids were playing with a soccer ⚽️ ball on the table tennis table @ 9:00am right next to our room and woke us up. It was very disappointing stay to say the least.

We ran into some billing issues but the staff was very helpful and after nearly a week everything has settled so really not much to complain about.
It was very easy to find, well located, friendly and helpful staff, clean, great breakfast options. This place even has cornhole set up to play!
