Wi-Fi access didn’t work on my phone. Some indications the neighborhood was a little sketchy like two guys parked on the side of building, sitting next to their cars with the trunks open for quite awhile.

Great breakfast options like granola and oatmeal toppings and hot breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful front desk and staff. Comfortable king bed with good sofa bed for our child. Clean and updated facilities.

I expected a microwave in the room because of the pictures on booking.com. There was no microwave in my room. There were two vehicle burglaries that I know of in the 9 nights that I stayed here.

It has a modest but nice fitness room with a really nice set of free weights BUT NO BENCH, making all but smaller weights useless unless you want to lie on the floor to use them. Management needs to pay a little more attention to detail.

The bed was much too soft to my liking.

The bathroom actually had a working fan! Quite the novel idea these days. Not as much of an issue when traveling alone, but much needed if you are with another person. Most hotels do not have these anymore, and I think it’s a feature I would list when describing the room. It would definitely be a plus in deciding where to stay, right up there with mini-fridge. Considering everything, the rate charged was a real good value compared with Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and other similar properties.

Breakfast was hot and good in a very clean friendly location. I was disappointed that I had not been informed that to have my dirty linen or room taken out or room cleaned I needed to request it. I was delighted that the two rooms could be connected so we could share time together more easily.

Not enough paperwork inside room--No Pens and paper, area maps and Restaurant maps, no T/V guide to look at, --T/V channel guide was not very good--no trashcan liners -- Pretty noisy as window faced south -- Motels in general are noisy--

Work out room was very small. One morning I was not able to use the pool due to it being closed for 4 hours due to chemicals.

Comfortable bed, great desk to set up and work at. Staff was very helpful and polite and all made a genuine effort to be helpful and reach out. Bus station within a few minutes walking distance - I was able to take the bus back to the airport.

Isaac, was very attentive during our check in, the room was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very full felling for a box breakfast with 3 different options. Very good location too.

Bottom drawer of dresser would not stay closed so it was out in the walkway from beds to bathroom. We ended up putting a suitcase up against to prop it closed. Seemingly non responsive thermostat meant to hot for all the bed covers but too cold for just sheet. No shelf in bathtub area meant balance-challenged person had to bend way down to reach, soap, shampoo, etc.
