There was no room to sit and eat breakfast. There was no overflow area. I took my breakfast to my room to eat it.

The room was immaculate. The bed was really comfortable. It was very quiet for a Saturday evening.

Parking lot was a mess. Snow had came. Walking and getting luggage to and from room was difficult.

Staff and Breakfast was awesome! Very accommodating. Staff were very sweet and kind. Cookies and waters were a hit!

The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered across all shifts. Lovely breakfast and staff very attentive to cleanliness and keeping everything fresh and replenished. Rooms are dated, but very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The accessible room, I had planned for but did not receive.

I had requested an accessible room with a king bed, I got the king bed. I was next to the gym and ice machine, not a huge deal, but a bit more noise than other rooms. The rooms were clean, but the furniture was marginal, upholstery is worn on the chair. Not big things, just the building showing it’s age.

Unfortunately, the pool was not in working order during our stay. There are refrigerators in the rooms, but no microwave, but one was available in the lobby.

The tub was slippery. The knob for the whirl pool was broken. The pool was small and only had ladder entry no stair entry option.

Room was great. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

As stated, you could see the wear and tear on the facility from over the years; a quiet area for businesspeople is desperately needed, next to the cafeteria/eating room was kind of tough because some quest/kids were loud - perhaps a screen of some sort would do the trick; and a little more variety for breakfast would help.

Staff was very engaging and inviting; Staff was also very efficient in terms of responding to guest (something I witnessed on more than one occasion); location was pretty central to the things I needed to get done; and although the facility was somewhat dated, you could see that it was kept clean.

Staff was aloof compared to the last time we stayed here. We were not given water bottles or proactively offered the cookies that were sitting there. The elevator has a very strong petroleum smell.

This property was adequate (clean, safe, quiet) as we just needed a place to stay for the night.

nothing about property but the rudeness of other guests. if someone is on an upper floor, be considerate of people below you. sounds like herd of elephants (this is also true of any hotel)

Easy location right off 65, right next door to a great Mexican Restaurant! Nice rooms, great breakfast. Will remember next trip to stay here again.

Price was good. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly. We had to leave before hot food was out but there was some muffins/cereal/juice/milk that was available and staff member said we could grab. Will stay again.

Staff in the breakfast area were awefull. No coffee, some empty spots, no knives. No help ehen asked a question, and started to vacuum in the middle of breakfast time. They seemed to be super inexperienced and were not customer oriented at all. Very annoying.

Very comfortable hotel room, clean, comfy bed. The hotel has a great check in process, staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

They could have served until 10 am after a late Purdue game the night before, but I think they did extend the normal hours.

Breakfast was really great and had a nice variety. They had meat that wasn't pork and eggs that were scrambled, so I didn't have to settle for a cold boiled egg. It was about the best breakfast I've had at a hotel anywhere.
