We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is a marketing scam for your property... and your front desk put the charge on my credit card without asking if I had parked a car in your lot. Is there NOTHING your CEO and Board won't do to shaft customers and add to their bottom line perks for their yachts, etc.

United States of AmericaThere was no housekeeping the entire time we stayed there, got woken up by housekeeping the morning we were checking out so they can clean our room. Ran out out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Breakfast was ok, just microwave items, not much variety or quality. $600 for 3 nights was a lot for ok accommodation. Keys worked half the time. The pool was very small and hotub was broken and out of order.

United States of AmericaI chose the Fairfield Inn Loveland specifically to use the hot tub area. The clerk was friendly and helpful so I point out her excellent demeanor. I was very disappointed when she informed me the hot tub needed to be repaired and hoped it would be repaired by the end of that Friday work day. It was not.
I liked the breakfast in that it was a full breakfast. It was typical of full breakfasts provided by other 3 star hotels. The coffee is excellent. I keep a healthy diet with low simple carbs and sugar and higher protein so the choices to maintain my type of diet were very limited at the breakfast bar. ( Maybe this comment is better placed in the “What didn’t I like” box) I liked reading the history and seeing the related photos of the Connection of the Loveland site to the Marriott family. They are posted in there reception area. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.
