Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. NO COMPLAINTS.
BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND PLENTIFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. TRAIN SHUTTLE WAS A BIT OF A MESS SINCE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON FOR TRACK REPAIR. HAD TO RIDE THE BUS FROM THE MALL OF AMERICA TO FORT SNELLING, THEN TOOK TRAIN TO U S BANK STADIUM

Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms was loud.
Staff friendly and took extra time to ensure our wake-up call worked. It was a new system, so reception called in person to ensure we had received the call.

The beds were a little too firm for me so I didn’t sleep the best. The pillows and comforter blanket/sheets were very comfortable though.
Super close to Mall of America, the option to be shuttled to MOA, and the complimentary hot breakfast that was freshly filled up until the end of breakfast. The attendant was on her game at all times. A hotel with a hot tub is always a perk. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.

The breakfast was mediocre. No waffles. Just bagels, bread, English muffins. Some fruit & pre-made eggs. The staff unfortunately was not prepared for the Saturday & Sunday breakfast rush. Everything was gone fast. They'd refill bits, but overall, by 9-915a, it was empty. Spring break!! They should have prepared better! Kid's are hungry!
The location was perfect. The room was clean & and a decent size. Pool was nice.

The television is awful, and should be updated. It had very low resolution, and the menu doesn't give you much information.
The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and a large seating area.

The pool was very busy while we were there and towels ran out multiple times but were refilled quickly by staff.
Staff was really friendly, scrambled eggs and breakfast was delicious! Very convenient location!

A plane flies overhead every few minutes. I've stayed at places in the same area and never heard them. Worst part was that I paid for parking to be there, which isn't a big deal, but when we returned Saturday, there were no available spaces. If I'm paying to park in your lot while I stay there, I should have an available spot to park.

There were some minor Maintenace issues and the elevators had a funk smell with poor carpeting. Alarm clock in room did not work.
The staff were great pleasant and helpful, the shuttle driver was also pleasant and helpful, offering assistance with anticipated rides. The breakfast was good for the type and the staff in the breakfast are were wonderful.

we specifically looked for a hotel that had a continental breakfast and hot tub. there is a photo on the website that has waffles on the continental breakfast. There were no hotel waffles in the 4 days we were there. My kids were very disappointed. We actually only ate the breakfast 1 day, but checked all days. The hot tub was smaller than ours at home. It was a challenge to find a turn. the bathroom is very small.
location was great, staff was super helpful and kind. facility met expectations. I appreciate skim milk at the continental breakfast.
