Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was excellent. They provided a verity of choices. My only issue I what with the hotel was that other then breakfast there was no restaurant available to use within walking distance.

Hairdryer was old and you could tell. There was no hotel WiFi. There wasn’t a view, but I believed we were informed of this before hand.
I like how comfy the bed was. Room was cleaned everyday. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast bar was kept really cleaned. They also have a van that can take you to and from the airport.

The location was very noisy. There is a fire stations a couple of blocks away so we constantly heard sirens. Our room faced the major roadway so traffic noise was bad. Also, our heater was very noisy. We had to shut it off every night due to the noise and force of air that would blow on us while sleeping. However the staff was able to give us extra blankets which helped.
Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Overall very clean and we loved that there was a free shuttle to the airport. Would stay here again due to it being close to family that lives nearby.

The location was a bit out of the way and not in the greatest area. It was a bit noisy.

Some of the staff were not quite friendly, there was no water boiler in the room (and after pointing out, we were told that they "would look into it", never really heard back), also no dish soap (also there no willingness to help).
Overall good hotel with comfortable rooms (too small however for a family of three, since there are two queen-sized beds and with a crib there is not much space left; if there was only one bed, then the room would have been enough), very good location (lots of tasty bakeries and restaurants close-by, greek town!) and for American (;-)) standards good breakfast.

Breakfast could have been more variegated.
The room and public spaces were clean, however, breakfast was mediocre: too small selection. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is most convenient for those who travel via LaGuardia airport.

Cable was down during our stay. But not a big issue
The room we had was very clean as well as the bathroom. Shower pressure was very good. Bed was very comfortable sleeping on. The staff were brilliant with us. Shout out to them both who checked us in on 16th Sept in the afternoon. I couldn't remember there names (sorry 🙁) Breakfast was included in our stay and was very nice. We had our cases stored away as it was a late evening flight so the looked after them for us. Even got a shuttle to La Guardia airport when we came back.

The view out our window. Also we were on the same floor next to the breakfast area so sleeping in was not an option.I
Breakfast was excellant. The location was easy walking distance to the subway and restaurants. Parking was no problem. And the staff was the best especially AJ who helped us when a family emergency popped up.

I expected my room to be bigger than how it was and the main sitting area close to the front desk is very small. It can get crowded easily when many people are waiting to check in
Their front desk was very friendly and always willing to help you with your issues. The breakfast was good and the room was very neat.

Breakfast nothing healthy and served on paper plate. Lot of trash generated.Not sustainable at all.
We booked for 1 night before our flight from La Guardia Airport next day. Free shuttle to Airport. Breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Room condition and cleaniness is ok.

It would be great to have some vegan options at breakfast.
Fantastic location for an overnight stop if you’re using LaGuardia. Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are friendly, the complimentary breakfast is good and there is a free shuttle service to the airport.
