We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was beautiful and the bed was everything my wife and I needed after driving for 10 hours. The pool was small but heated. No hot tub but there was a nice work out room.

United States of AmericaNo streaming of Netflicks or other "free" streaming channels was available in the room. The Gym had NO cable or streaming capabilities. I like to watch the news or other channels while exercising, but not an option. The front desk was unaware and offered no solution.
The breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. Nice selection of food and a pleasant surprise. The room and amenities in the room were nice. Convenient to restaurants and nice landscaping. Safe environment.

United States of AmericaThe first room we were put in my son had an allergic reaction, had to give him medication, and move him into our family's room. Opened the couch bed and dog food fell out. The sitting chair was covered in dog hair. There was dried dog poop on the floor!!! My son is allergic to dogs!! Stepped on a rolled up sock by the bed that was not ours! There was no mattress protector on the bed. There was a broken table, the metal that was broken off was laying behind the table and the sharp edges on the table, where it detached, were easily reached by my 2yo. There were 2 more socks behind the table! We changed rooms, we didn't leave because it was so late and nothing nearby was available! My daughter was making the pull out bed, and there was a wire wrapped around the frame, and it cut her leg open!! I now have to take my child to get a series of blood work to make sure she doesn't contract a disease as she is likely not the first to be cut by this!! The general manager was called by the front desk, and they said she would be in and wanted to talk to us the next day. We went to the desk and were told she wasn't there and wasn't coming in. We have still not been contacted by the manager about this. We were told by the front desk that they do allow dogs on the 3rd floor, where we stayed, even though their policy clearly states no pets allowed! The breakfast is absolute trash, and the pool is barely warm enough for the kids to stand. Worst hotel stay ever and we travel numerous times a month.
