Because of only cleaning the rooms a few days a week, there is a slight smell of dirty laundry in the hotel rooms.

The hotel is clean and well decorated. It is centrally located to many national parks and only a couple miles from Chattanooga.

Didn’t eat the continental breakfast but I disliked the coffee. Not good flavor.

Stayed one night at East Ridge location for a conference my wife was speaking at. Very clean room and common areas as well. Recently remodeled it appears.

Remodeling going on and the up charge for my small dog was too high. I've stayed in a nicer place and only paid half the up charge.

Under construction and was not made aware. Not a terrible experience becasue of it, but being aware may have been more conducive to meeting full expectations.

Staff especially those that prepared/stocked the breakfast area. Cleaning staff polite as well.

The hotel entrance was under massive renovation. When we walked in I was not sure the hotel was open. The two worker at the breakfast bar, especially the man, just stared at us. The cleaned up so quickly that I did not get ice water before setting up for the day's drive.

Nothing really, they are upgrading lobby area, so construction is going on, but manageable and didn’t interfere with anything

Breakfast was good. Met our needs. Room was large and comfortable. Places to eat walking distance. Great location right off interstate for a stop overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe the only thing I can think of is having French Vanilla creamer available.

The staff was welcoming and happy to have us stay with them. The lady at the desk was able to get us in our room before check-in time. The hotel was clean and neatly put together. Even though they were remodeling. Coffee and tea were available anytime. The pool room was clean and quiet. My husband loved the big TV and the variety of channels.

The beds were hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was super unfriendly. My last morning, the maid opened my door at 8 in the morning, but she couldn't get in. I had the bolt on the door. I opened the door, and she came out of the other room. I asked her if she tried to come in, and she said it was an accident it was not. Then she knocked on my door a little while later and ask was I checking out. I told her I was, but my grandson was still asleep it was rude . I have never had that happen anywhere before, I didn't appreciate it. I paid a lot of money for that crappy room. I think they need to talk to the maid about disturbing people because she wants to get done faster, I dont know her name. I do know she was an African girl with very short hair. She had an african accent as well.

Hottub and pool were nice. Breakfast was super basic. But was ok.

hmHall carpets are old and worn

We were greeted warmly and given a Neely remodeled room near exit doors for our bicycles. the toilet was running so they moved us next door. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! My husband is very picky and he said it was the best. Nice breakfast options. We were just there one night but we’ll come back next time we are passing through.

Easy access from the highway and within walking distance of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool and breakfast was delicious - spinach and cheese quiche was a very nice option.
