Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The coffee maker turned on as soon as you plugged it in causing a small mess. The elevator needs some updating.

I didn't realize the refrigerator in the room had to be turned on (until the next morning when it was almost time to check out). I wish the curtains would close all the way. Our room was in the front and it would have been nice to shut out sunlight all the way while sleeping.
The shuttle service to Schottenstein Center was awesome and so convenient! The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good too.

noisy and construction going on dusty. also the destination charger has non EV parked there. one Tesla was connected most time over a days period as well.

The breakfast offered compostable items which was great but did not offer recycling or compost options for disposal. The receptionists were quite short with me and the check in and check out process felt rushed and dismissive.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was included was good value for the price. The rooms seemed up to date and offered reasonable amenities. I particularly enjoyed the washroom set up.

I wish they had an active bar on premises. There was a bar area but no bartender. Maybe I just didn't hit it at the right times. I wish the exercise room was larger.
The complimentary breakfast was really nice. It makes the trip more affordable since you don't have to go out. The free Shuttle service (which I hadn't realized they offered) was great. Again, making the trip more affordable, because I didn't need to pay for an Uber-type service. Staff was very friendly and room was VERY Nice!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable for sleeping, but otherwise the room was great.

Did not like the curtains. We were not able to pull the heavier curtain to block the streetlights.
The location to OSU was perfect. The convenience of the shuttle made attending the concert a breeze.

Paid price for a king suite for 2 nights and only had the suite the second night. They double booked the suite the first night and had to use a double room.

The main floor of the hotel needs an update.
I thought the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast felt a bit elevated from the typical breakfast I often see at this type of hotel. My only negative is that the interior of the hotel feels a little old or outdated, but it didn’t bother me since it was a good value for the money.

Breakfast could be better. This stay the hotel was not as clean as our first stay.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and an upgraded breakfast with quiche and egg and cheese on english muffins. The location was within minutes to OSU where we were visiting. Staff were so friendly too! We will stay here again.

The beds were comfortable but for some reason I didn't sleep very well.
