Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was a bit limited, but that was a small thing. The big thing was that the evening staff behind the front counter wasn't very welcoming and didn't seem to want to be there. The interactions were not bad, but most of the time the places I have stayed have a very welcoming and helpful staff that freely answers basic questions and gives a bit of guidance.
I liked the pool, hot tub, room, and very comfortable bed. Loved the bed. Very clean room. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Morning staff was good. The accessibility for my husband was good.

My only issue was with the tub. Not necessarily deal breaker for most but mine had rust i just have a thing about rusty tubs. no biggie just laid down a mat. also there were kids running up and down at night thru out my stay but nonetheless still slept pretty good!
first off i loved the area. it was surrounded by by trees nice apartments and just an amazing vibe. Getting to the hotel itself, the front desk was quick and polite no issues with checkin. The rooms were clean and beds comfy! i didn’t get a chance to hit the pool but from what i seen both the pool and hot tub were working and clean! They have refreshments and certain foods in the lobby, and they do provide decent breakfast! i will be staying there again.

The hotel is a little dated, but I think considering what you are paying, it was excellent! I would have loved another fresh fruit option at breakfast, but that’s just personal preference. The deadbolt lock stuck on the door a few times so I had to manually make sure the door closed each time.
Indoor pool and hot tub, on site free breakfast, very comfortable beds! Do definitely get your money’s worth, it was an incredible value and I felt safe the entire time. Also there was plenty of free parking! I was worried about bugs and bad breakfast based on other reviews but I saw no bugs at all, the hotel was quiet, our stay was great and the food was delicious!

We accidentally booked a handicap room, we could live with that. BUT, the bathroom was a let down. One standing sink, the shower curtain was so short that after we take a shower the entire floor was under water. I complained to the staff and was told that nobody ever complained about it. We were told we could switch rooms but we were out Friday night preparing for my son’s wedding. I will stay there again, but it will be in a different room.

Elevator kept on not working and shower water smelled like chlorine. Also lighting in the hand washing station was horrible and a lamp was missing a lightbolb so there wasn't a lot of light

Smell was a little musty, key scanner on door had wires exposed and had been glued back together, when checking in the young lady took a minute to acknowledge me but I let it go and then at 2am I get woken up by the phone ringing and it's the front desk asking if I requested more bed sheets. They called not once but twice and woke me and my family up.
Beds are very comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was that the pool and hot tub actually worked. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times and it has been great.

Location is pretty good. I love that they have an indoor pool and hot tub! The facilities and overall ambiance isn't top notch, but it's good, and for the price, it's excellent! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!
