NOISE: Lots of people slamming doors during the night. ALARM: The fire alarm went off 3 times between 2am and 2:30am. By the time I got up and dressed, it was reset, this same thing happened 3 times. The room was clean but the tub dripped loudly all night, I had to put a towel under the drip.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. There as old painter’s tape that had been painted over on the bathroom door. The lampshades were brittle and cracked off on the sides.

Back of toilet was leaking, no trash pickup, room key kept getting deactivated. Towel rack was broken. No free weights in fitness area and only 2-3 machines worked. It also looked like no one ever cleaned up in there.

Kids were running up and down hallway laughing and knocking on doors. My phone jack in room was not working, therefore no phone. The hallway carpets were dirty. Door only had a top lock that you flip over. The privacy lock was not working. overall experience I was very disappointed. will never stay there again. Staff at front reception was courteous.

Facility really needs a deep cleaning and updated.The halls had a musty smell, The carpet was nasty( came out from a shower and feet would be black from walking to the beds and you had to go wash them again) , toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, towels had stains on them, didn't know if they had been cleaned, all the surfaces in the room were sticky. The bathroom and sink area was one of the smallest I have ever seen .

The staff was very friendly and helpful and polite. Was a great location with food close by. It was a place to lay our heads for a family adventure

Everything was broke and old. Jacuzzi tub didn't work correctly, hairdryer was broke, tub in bathroom wouldn't turn off, mold and nasty in shower, no Kleenex, and breakfast was a joke. No juice available only put out a couple of 1/2 pints of milk at a time along with a couple of eggs and a couple of sausages at a time. Had an employee sitting and watching when items were gone before making new ones even if the stuff was old and cold, so nobody was getting food because it was old and nasty and they weren't making any more until it was gone... disgusting.

Not very clean other than the sheets and bathroom.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful... but that's it. Although they were trying to fix things. Couldn't use the air. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Wasn't even worth the low price we paid..

It appears that there are repairs being made and many materials were left in the walkways. My room was dirty (I have pictures to share.) At breakfast, forks were always empty, there was no orange juice, and the waffle mix wasn't made (by some absent person). Even the back of the remote was missing.

The price was nice.

The staff made an attempt to change my roomthe following day, from the 2nd floor after the night manager advised me that the elevator is OUT OF ORDER!, but only after I advised them that I'm handicapped. The rooms that I had (Rm 222) (RM 135) we're poorly maintained.

I liked the fact that there were other breakfash meat alternatives to replace 🐖🥩
