The mattress was horrible, hard and you could feels the springs. You could tell the building was built quickly and the finishing touches were not done to the best standards. The conditioner in the shower was out so it was good I brought my own. The breakfast was pretty minimal, Oj & Apple juice were out and the mini muffins were stale. Also they really need to change out the filter in the air conditioner heater combo....unless that wasn't a filter but it was black and gross.

The location was great. Close to shopping. Loved the double blind option. The room was an ok size. I apprecited that they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

There was some hair in our room when we got there and it didn't appear that the bathtub had been cleaned well.

Charges too much for a small pet. Price should differentiate between large dogs and very small dogs who will be caged and hardly in the room.

The rooms have been updated since I've been there last. Clean, quiet, free coffee all day, nice breakfast.

There were no USB charger ports in the room, but that was not a big deal for me. I had a plug in charger I used.

The breakfast was very good. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but I thought the coffee was very good. The tables were clean and the food was very good. Food was ready right on time as promised.

First room they put us in had dirty tub, however when we brought it to their attention they immediately switched our room. The second room was clean and comfortable.

Tiolet was clogged and didn't work when we got into the room. Not the best thing to need to plunge a tiolet after being on the road for several hours.

The bath tub had something redish in it and in the corner. Not sure if mold, rust, or something else. Did not use it because of that reason.

Breakfast could have been better. Someone missed a milk date that i opened and it had definitively expired. Told the front desk and they immediately had someone check all the milk dates. The hot breakfast was basic eggs and processed sausage. I’m not a big fan of overly processed meat.

Had a pool, however we didn’t get a chance to use it. Visiting family in the hospital.

Our key cards were shut off after the first night with no explanation. Wish there had been hot tub in the pool area. When we checked out we were told that we had earned a free night through our Wyndham Rewards. After checking the bank account later I found that we were charged for the entire stay. When I called the hotel to ask why I was told that the person who checked us out was wrong. That was disappointing.

Sunday morning midway through the breakfast time they were out of everything! One slice of dried out bread and a cherry yogurt was all that was left. No milk, juice mix mostly water and a busted pancake machine all 3 mornings we were there. Paid a premium price and got nothing for breakfast. Beds are super hard. Not comfortable. Most hand sanitizers were empty also

our keys didnt work, 3 tries. They had to call someone. Coffee was cold. *Creamer was a solid lump, outdated obviously. Breakfast room was tiny for such a big place.

Our key cards didn’t work after the first day, we were trying to get in the side door with our take out food & service dog in the rain. I had to run around the building through the lobby and let my husband and dog in and have the key cards reactivated. Not a big deal. I was just hungry, cold and annoyed at the time.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was HOT and tasty and something different each morning.They are dog friendly and gave us a doggy bag for my service dog with treats upon arrival. They have a large puppy potty and exercise area. They accommodated my request for a room on the main level. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Loved the fall decorations. OH, the housekeeping staff left a little handwritten note in the room. Thought that was a really sweet personal touch!
