The hotel Staff were the best part of the trip! The two young ladies were so welcoming and sweet. The room card wasn’t working so they immediately switched our room, no hesitation. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Cost of room was high. Raising the rates during the month of February just because of "spring training" is really known as "price gouging"!

The room does not have a comfortable chair or sofa. I spend a fair amount of the night out of bed due to a health issue; and a comfy chair or sofa is very important. Second, the tub floor was slippery and needs at least one or two more grab bars for greater safety. My wife was afraid to shower. This is cable company's fault, but guide screen doesn't tell you what program is airing on each channel -- just the name of the network, which isn't much help!

Clean. Comfortable Bed. Courteous staff. Fast check-in and check-out. Close to my meeting.

The only thing I would complain about is that I was in a wheelchair-accessible room, which I did not need, and it had very limited storage as a result. Also, some of the accessibility situations were just wrong. For example, the bathroom door, while wide enough, was installed with the swing the wrong way, and there was a tub rather than a walk-in shower in the bathroom. While there were plenty of grab bars, there should be a transfer bench or other accommodations to allow transfer into the shower from a chair. On the same vein, there was NOT a grab bar next to the toilet, as is ADA standard. I know it's picky - I'm a CAPS-certified Kitchen & Bath designer, so most people probably wouldn't notice these things. I don't say these to be a pain, or to sound like I'm complaining. I sincerely hope it helps with any future remodel needs in the hotel.

Fantastic staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The location was under construction while I was there, but other than one morning, I really didn't notice too much noise. Lots of old fixtures in the hallways though.

It was great , my only complaint is the bed. Maybe its the bed but maybe its our backs that are prone to aches with bed changes. It could've been a little firmer

We loved the breakfast especially the belgium waffles. Never had one before and i never knew how special these type of waffles are compared to the regular waffles. The place was clean and very nice. Staff was very professionl and kind

Having a toaster and offering the option of toast or a bagel would have been an attempt to address those who can't or don't eat anything with sausage.

I didn't. the options were not appealing so I ate cold cereal and then did not come out for breakfast after that.

Sheets could have been softer and the elevator worked fine but made noises like it won’t for much longer… they were worrisome. Also a hotel sponsored travel option to get to the beaches would be nice, we spent more on Ubers than we did our rooms
