There was no electric vehicle charger at the hotel. The Booking.com listing said there was, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel.

The up keep needs to be done a little better. The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. But they had had a leak in the ceiling repairs were done but not completely finished. I would not been satisfied if it had been my business or home.

The bathroom was not clean, it had hair and residue on the tub.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Although Ann issue with an unclean bathroom, staff responded quickly and changed my room. This quick and empathetic response really helped us out and made the rest of our stay really good.

There is very little to nothing within walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Neat, very clean (thanks Ada), and the hot breakfast was sufficient.

They closed the lobby at 9:00 and would not allow more than 8 people in the pool. We basically had to stay in our rooms.

Sounds like a mediocre thing BUT there should be hooks behind the door to hang your towels and stuff. There was a very ineffective rounded hook behind the door ( it self) that everything kept falling off. It sounds being petty but important for people. Maybe the hook should be double hook.

Hallways looked a bit worn and carpet was a bit dirty

Appreciated the breakfast especially grab and go since we had a sports team playing in the area. Walk in shower was fantastic Lobby area enabled us all to play card games before bed.

The pool was freezing and we had to change rooms on our third night bc the front desk ppl couldn’t figure out how to “override” the system to keep us in the same room.

The beds could've been cleaner. Especially the pillow and cases. Also didn't like the fact that no one notified my team or myself that they were not serving breakfast. At all

They did allow a late check-in and late checkout. For those traveling later in the day. No problems getting a room. Lots to do and see if you like history. Fredericksburg is cool ... A great piece of history.

The facility advertises EV charging. This is not correct, and no such charging is available on-site or within walking distance.

The breakfast was very limited, not many choices as expected (and advertised) and they ran out of coffee quickly with no kitchen staff on site to make more.

The facility and our room were clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool and gym were nice. The location worked perfect for us plus few nearby (walking distance) restaurants.

Even though the room was clean, the window was open (heat index over 90) and took a lot of strength to get it shut. Nice fixtures in the bathroom but only one towel rack located next to door -nowhere near where bathtub was AND it couldn't fit two towels and wash cloths let alone hand towels. Small medicine - like cupboard was over toilet and this was supposed to be a handicapped room but no way for someone in a wheelchair could reach it. Although sign on entrance door to hotel said "MASKS REQUIRED" several staff didn't wear them! Turn table in microwave in dining area didn't work. Fruit too old to be served. Spoons in holder with spoon part up so everyone touched the part you eat off. Never was changed in four days we stayed there. Washed ours with our own wipes.

The room was clean. The bathroom fixtures were new. Coffee in room was good. Extra blanket in room.
