We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was late, or I would not have stayed. Place looked great until I was getting ready for bed and went to the bathroom. I noticed there were only one towel and one rug thing in the bathroom. After closing the door, I found a filthy washcloth wadded up and draped over the towel hook on the back of the door! No one had cleaned the bathroom!

United States of AmericaPoorly insulated walls I heard arguing at midnight, again at 2 am and again at 3:30 am. the first night. Second night not so bad.
When I checked in the person talked up the "hot" breakfast, so I ate there the first morning. Not at all what I expected and I have had "continental" breakfasts at other hotels with better quality and better variety even though not "hot" food.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was nasty. No coffee cup lids that fit the cups. Serving containers were in POOR shape. We did not eat on property. Room key required to enter the office except the front door was always open. How strange. Bathroom was TINY. No place to put luggage. Receptacle on floor was not working. Decor was old and outdated and spray painted by hand (white) and a poor job was done painting the fixtures. There is a water leak above the walkway dripping onto the walkway with a huge 40-gallon drum blocking the walkway so impossible to pass by the garbage can with rolling luggage. Police were dispatched for some domestic issue.
Convenient location for food and other businesses. Weird location off the main road.

United States of AmericaVery worn appearance in all public areas, only one slow elevator for many rooms of guests, scant choices at the very basic breakfast -- small muffin, plain bagel (butter only) or bread/instant or cold cereal, coffee, juice dispenser. A pair of hot sides: hash brown potatoes and scorched patties of egg (I don't know how else to describe them). While it was nice to have a waffle maker, the timer was broken (another guest said it works "sometimes, or just set your phone timer").TV in our room was a real problem: weather channel only, no remote, and TV would not turn off unless unplugged!.
The room was cleaner than we expected to find after seeing the very worn lobby, elevator, and hallways, and the bed was clean and very comfy. Very accessible location from I-75. Grateful for the effective room darkening shades on the windows, since the outside of the hotel was brilliantly lit... We also appreciated that it was about the lowest priced room in Gainesville! Breakfast did include waffle maker.
