Too few restaurant choices. One to be exact. For longer stays it's lack of options would be problematic.

room maintenance obviously didn't do a thorough enough job of checking - the shower compartment door was defective and was constantly sliding open despite closing it repeatedly. Very annoying! I think my room was 425.

Staff were amazing - there was this lady at the breakfast area was simply amazing - most helpful. She went out of her way to assist everyone cheerfully and voluntarily!! A gem of a lady!! The reception team was great too!! The hotel shuttle driver Tim, was incredibly helpful too!!

There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked. The experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out, with no notable issues.

The shuttle service to and from the airport ensured a stress-free arrival and departure. The complimentary breakfast spread was impressive. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Everything was okay in the motel. Do not order from the Chinese restaurant recommended by the hotel. I have not had such terrible food for a long time.

Close to airport, very convenient for us. Breakfast good, though access to restaurants for night meal was limited. We ordered in a chinese meal from store nearby, recommended by the motel. The food was terrible.

Airport hotel for people in transit. Free bus shuttle. Hotel is located in a 'run down' area close to JFK. Hotel is clean and there is complimentary continental breakfast.

Big reason I will not be returning! Because of no restaurant, after landing at 5:30 PM, It cost me $100 to taxi to nearby restaurant and $50 for dinner. I was very hungry and tired after my flight from California, and going out to a restaurant late in the evening in the rain was a problem for me. If your restaurant opens again, I will be back!

It’s very buttoned up and secure but that makes it almost a fortress in this section of town.

The manager here is amazing. They keep this place clean, neat, and quiet. I changed flights, the shuttle was packed and she got me an Uber. That was great service and facilitated my morning flight. Close to the airport, and perfect for an overnight stay after a long flight.

There’s nothing you can do about it. I’m allergic to whatever you use to wash your sheets. This is my second stay at this property and I broke out in hives both times.

The property is close to the airport so it’s very convenient. My room was very clean and fairly quiet. In addition, the breakfast is wonderful.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to walk downstairs to elevator to get to my room. I was coming from a long hour shift. So elevator close to the front desk would nice

The shuttle arrived more than 45 minutes before my first call. We had to call a second time for they to come. As we did not fly on the day programmed, I sent an email telling them that we’re going to arrive only the next day. They cancel our reservation alleging No Show. But in the end, they kindly solved everything.

Not being able to get a meal in the evening which would have been nice to do.

Convenience of being down the road from JFK airport (off the interstate) - happy to use as an overnight from arriving into the US. It was comfortable and quiet which was just what we needed after a long flight.
