The stool room's floor did not look clean. Also a shelf was needed in the stool room. I had items I had to hold on to which was awkward. The stool tended to run along time after being flushed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The motel honored my special request of being near the elevator.

The pool needed to be warmer and there is no hot tub. The hotel is undergoing renovation and they have boxes and crates stacked everywhere. The elevator doors closed very quickly and almost on me once. The fact the room keys lose their magnetic code so easy is very concerning. I've never had a hotel room key stop working before.

We left before the breakfast. The staff was excellent and even helped me when the door room key stopped working. The pool was ok, but not really heated well.

Could have been a little cleaner and the mattress felt somewhat broken down or it was just a really soft mattress. Toilet was pretty close to bathroom door

good cheap hotel is exactly what i was looking for. I am pleased with the value and having a place to rest, shower and sleep. Would stay here again if needing a quick cheap hotel.

The parking is very tight. I don't like carpet even though it appeared to be clean. Workers were remodeling one of the rooms near us and appeared to be removing the carpet. Maybe that is the plan for all the rooms.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. They offered a variety of delicious foods for breakfast and everything was still hot and available when breakfast was over. Our room was quiet even though the hotel is located next to Interstate 35.

We stayed for two weeks and had problems with our room fridge that never got fixed even though they tried several times. My food would always freeze. Also, the common areas like the stairwells never got cleaned. There was never a manager on duty even though I asked to speak to one multiple days and at different times. The staff knew I wanted to speak to the manager and they never offered to have one contact me. It felt like basic care at this hotel but nothing above and beyond. One other thing is that if you have the “Do not disturb” sign on your door when the cleaning staff are going by your room, your room will not get cleaned that day, even if you just had the sign on for a few minutes while you were getting ready for the day. We had this happen a couple of times.

The property was good basic value for your money. Dated property but clean, comfortable rooms and very quiet.

Nothing we didn’t like. We had a great stay and staff was beyond accommodating when we had some issues that created more work for them.

Really needs a continuous fan on the cooling/heating system. It really helps to muffle sounds in other rooms.

In the next room an alarm starting going off before 5 a.m. and woke us up. It didn't stop going off until after 7:30 a.m. It was disturbing us and made us awaken much earlier than we wanted to.

I liked the room arrangement, the comfortable bed, and friendliness of staff.

The sign on driveway was broken. The sign above door on front of building was duct taped on. There was a sign inside the entrance that said the elevator was not working. Fortunately I was given a room on ground floor at no additional charge.

The breakfast was great! The bed and room were very comfortable.

Broken elevator which didn't get fixed as stated. Had to get a different room. shelf in cupboard above hanging clothes came down in the middle of the night, makeshift work had been previously done! They had the dispenser bottles for shampoo, etc. in shower but a couple were empty. I told the main desk when we checked out to make sure staff filled them and she said we are getting rid of those so we are not refilling, would have been good to know ahead of time. Thank goodness I brought my own.

The elevator was out of order. Judging by the door that covered where the elevator was, I think it has been out of order for a while. We did not enjoy carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The property is located right by a little pond. We were awakened every morning at dawn by geese honking loudly.

Elevator was not working. My sisters were staying there 2 days prior to my arrival and it wasn't working. My room was on the third floor I did ask to be moved to first. There was a room available but at first they wanted to charge me more till I explained the elevator problem was not my fault and then the gave the room to for the same price

I average about 25 nights a year staying in motels. I HATE a hard flat bed, if I wanted that I’d just throw a blanket on the floor. about 98% of motels have HARD FLAT MATTRESS. Not so here, best bed I’ve slept in at a motel in a very very long time. Hot water, good shower and cold AC. Breakfast was a real breakfast as well, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. good coffee.

signage would help the breakfast - missing serving utensils in some of the condiments. Individual cartons of milk would be appreciated. need to leave the fan on in the rooms. signage for the elevators..
