Cleanliness, safety, convenience, absolutely love the quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that all Marriott properties provide. Breakfast food was actually good!

The breakfast was not very well stocked. Just sausage and make your own waffle. The bread options were just as scarce- white bread, English muffin and a couple plain bagels. Apples were the only fruit. No bowls for cereal and also no milk.

I didn’t like that they did not tell you up front that there were extra charges for my animals. I did not like the weird tv guide.

There was kind of a gurgling noise in the room. I don’t know if it was from plumbing from upstairs but I don’t think it was fixable. Also the breakfast bar didn’t open until seven and we had to leave each morning before the breakfast bar opened so it really decreased the value of our stay.

The location was perfect for us. Also there were sufficient restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very musty smelling, shower was not great along with toiletries, and the hotel charged more than what was originally said to be the fee.

I didn’t like the limited breakfast that did not offer a pork free or at minimum vegan options for main foods other than yogurt.

No microwave, sink in bathroom very tiny and low. Lighting in bathroom is terrible, If you are over 5 10, hope you have a good back for the sink in the bathroom. Breakfast was a packaged muffin and a fruit cup

They charge my card when they cancel my room since i was a local resident. They could not give me a room. I claim my money never got it back ruin my valentine weekend. Had to look another place last minute

The only thing I can complain about is the pillows were very old and uncomfortable.

Everything was very clean. The staff was great they were all very friendly. The breakfast selection was great!!!

Our room was located on the 1st floor next to the loud ice machine that got used at all hours of the night. The room’s main door had gaps so that you could see bright light coming in all night. The mini fridge made awful loud noise all night and had to be unplugged. The free breakfast was a 3 hour block of time but almost completely gone after 30 mins.

31 degree morning. Icy roads. Scary for someone from out of the area. Hotel sits at top of a steep hill. Had to avoid hill by going out the back way. Hotel overall is great.

Loved that the were able to get me ground floor near exit as requested. Really appreciated the personalized greeting and bon voyage on the screen in the room. Lovely full breakfast bar. Very kind staff and helpul.

I want my refund back you guys took my money and never told me I couldn’t be local now I’m out of place to stay and 600 dollars

Nothing spooked through you guys paid 600 dollars and when I went to check in the lady said I couldn’t stay cuz I was local even though my house was being renovated and I had nowhere else to go she said there was nothing she could do for me and to get. Ahold of the third party which is u guys and no one replies to me

The hot tub was not working. No ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast that was served was frozen sandwiches from Costco. Walls are paper thin.

Location was close to where we needed to be for our trip. Lots of places to eat, right across from the mall.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Besides the staff giving keys to people to rooms that were still dirty the staff is of no help. When I first got there they said they didn’t have a room for me, then gave me a dirt room, and finally I ended up with a semi clean room. also it says they have breakfast but it’s actually some cold jimmy dean sandwiches that you can put in the microwave plus a couple juice boxes. Don’t stay here.
