We requested a room with a roll in shower because my wife is in a wheelchair. We also have a small dog that travels with us. The lady at the desk gave us a room on the first floor because of the dog. It was not handicap accessible. We had to change to a room that had shower seats. She also gave us a discount for the change. The shower was slippery and the shower head didn't work correctly. The breakfast was bland. When we checked out, we didn't get a receipt and none was emailed to me.

The only complaint is that the bed was extremely firm. My husband and I both enjoy a medium to moderately firm bed but we were both very uncomfortable the entire night. Everything else was as expected, clean, and friendly staff.

Breakfast was below your standards. There was no cream for the coffee. When I asked, they said sorry we’re out, everybody’s been asking. There is literally a Walgreens across the street. Go buy some cream! The juice machine was out. There was no quiche or sausage patties. No salt only pepper. This was at 8am, breakfast goes till 9.

The room appeared old. Needs updating. Our room didn’t have a nightstand on both sides of the bed. There was a small chair on one side.

The only thing that was disappointing was the bed in my room. The mattress on one side was completely "shot". If you tried to sit on that side you would fall off the bed. The room was fine, but that mattress needs to be replaced. There also was a used washcloth left on the shower rod.

The staff was wonderful. Even the other guests were very nice. The location was also perfect.

The lady that was supposed to be working the breakfast bar was VERY lazy. We asked for her to refill the eggs and waffle mix machine and she ignored me and walked away. The front desk staff came over and done it for us and tried to have the manager who was on the phone speak to the other lady and she refused to get on the phone. She ignored the front desk lady just like she did us. Very rude and unprofessional

The rooms were very nice for the price. Very spacious and even had a couch in it for me to sit and watch TV since I wake up earlier than my fiance and daughter.
